We’ve been in N. Arkansas for two years now. Nice quiet area. The invasion has hit us. Going to Walmart proves it. I don’t mind legal immigrants who went through the proper application process. I DO mind the influx of people - sometimes entire families - with no jobs getting all kinds of public support and I see the taxes getting pulled out of my paychecks… my family could really use that money. But no, we’re spending BILLIONS of dollars on supporting illegal immigrants and proxy wars in Ukraine and now Israel. I am just extremely tired of it and angry. We are now working with an accountant to figure out how not to pay a significant portion of our income out in taxes just like our politicians do.

I thought of you today, Patara. I was watching a tv show that redid a home for a disabled veteran. They also restored and replaced his metals for his sevice. When they were done giving him that they presented him with an American flag folded correctly and he held that flag to his chest and just wept. Made me cry just thinkng of what our leaders are doing to the country he fought for and loves so much. Reminded me of your video to mourn the country we used to be. Still makes me sad sometimes but you have to be strong and know that Jesus told us what to expect in the last days.

Awww....I just lost my little cross-beak Easter Egger chicken. She was SO sweet. She always came running whenever I appeared & begged to be picked up & snuggled. Her beak was so severely crossed that I knew I'd eventually lose her but, dang, I never realized how hard it was going to hit me. That little chicken sure wormed her way into my heart.💔🐥💔
I’m so sorry… sounds like she was a special little one. I lost my big alpha hen, the big mama, almost a year ago and I still miss her… now I have a goofy-colored lavender orp that came in to country max by accident and after a rough start she’s doing just fine, and I’ve got a little buff orp named Elsa that is just the cutest friendliest little bug, loves to be cuddled and chit chats with you about everything… losing either of them would be so hard but I know they won’t be here forever. Sometimes we get lucky and really special ones come our way ❤

I just lost my bantam Brooster. He was beautiful. He had a big rooster attitude! He got those girls all lined out all day long. He just died overnight......I have no idea why. I am going to get some more bantams next spring. I love their attitudes and antics. People think that it was just a chicken so why get so upset😢

It is beyond frustrating and infuriating knowing that our own warriors are brushed aside for those crossing our borders illegally and those precious families in Maui are suffering so, while the powers that be continue to send AMERICAN TAX DOLLARS overseas. What can we do for our veterans? Seriously; they had a hotel in New York put them out so ILLEGAL immigrants could shelter there for free! Free for them, not for us! Recently there have been numerous stories of mistreatment of our veterans and it makes me spin around like a top (visual purposes only)!!! 30 years ago when my son was in school, they were trying to introduce OBE, Outcome Based Education. Basically, it's pretty much what you said. The entire class had to move forward together. The smart kid would be held back and had to remediate the poor student. The smart kid or the achiever would become disillusioned. Why should he try to excel only to be pulled back? Like water finds level ground, all students were brought to a middle position. Dumbing down of our kids. I could go on but I won't. I get too fired up!
I joyfully live in rags. I asked hubby, dog, cat and chickens. None care what I look like long as they're all taken care of and I'm getting it done! Stay safe and warm. Winter is here!

Re: catching chickens. Way back when I had chickens, they loved to peck anything red. I caught them by getting some cheap Boones farm red wine and setting it where they would drink it and get a little tipsy... made things much easier.

I balked at the 'everyone gets a trophy' period of time when that was just starting. How ridiculous. I grew up with you get what you work for, what you deserve. If you didn't do the work, you didn't get the prize. Period. End of sentence! The blue ribbon meant so much and first place was definitely different than second place, third place and honorable mention!

I just said on another prepper's video today that I wish we have an administration that would say no more aid to other countries as we need to get our own house in order! I highly admired Mr. Russell Means. I was introduced to him by my Mother (of Mohawk descent), grew up hearing and reading about him when I was a young teen (I'm 65 now). The anniversary of his death is coming up this Sunday, 22 October, and I remember where I was and what I was doing when I learned of his death, I couldn't wrap my head around the fact that he was gone. This world is a sadder place without him.

I've been awake for about 3 years now. I am so grateful that I am. There are still people that are not. We've been brainwashed our whole lives. People need to really do some research. The truth is out there. When the truth comes to light, (and it won't be too long from now I believe), they are going to be in shock, and we who are awake need to be there for them.
