I am trying to connect my camera to the app but does not let me connect for very long. Firstly it only connects to the camera if I turn my cellular data off which is weird and once I leave the WiFi setting on the camera the app disconnects or… it won’t let me connect at all. I currently do not have an SD card in the camera and am not sure if that’s the reason or something else is wrong. please assist me with my problem
Mine will not save videos. I have a new SD card, with correct speed and written capabilities. It has been formatted, yet no recordings show up on the card.

After input default password 12345678 to connect the camera's WiFi, on your iPhone shows message "no internet connect", just ignore it, please don't worry now your iPhone was successfully connected with the camera. Just need Quit phone's setting, back to iPhone homepage, wait for 1 to 2 minutes, open APP “YeecoreViewer”, you will notice character“Enter Cam” turn to color Blue, and "Camera is currently connected" shown up on the top, now click "Enter Cam".

If yes, it's because the WiFi connection between our App and your phone be kicked off by other device or your vehicle’s WiFi, we suggest you first delete or "ignore" this vehicle's WiFi and Bluetooth or other device's WiFi on your phone's WiFi List before connecting our dash cam. Yeah this app doesnt keep any of my files. And when I insert the sd card into my laptop to view the video files, it only loads the audio and leaves a blank screen so no video. Followed all the steps and everything. :( Starting to think this $200 could've been invested into a more innovative dash cam.

Thank you for your suggestion, we will do it. How to insert a micro SD card? 1. Align the gold-plated contacts facing towards the back of the camera (Screen Side). 2. Then insert the memory card halfway in. 3. Then, use the fingernail or a paper clip to push the card all the way inward until it clicks and locks in place. Card inserted successfully. 4. Please turn off the dashcam when inserting the card. After the card is inserted, then turn on the dash camera and format the card directly on the dashcams. I hope this was helpful.🤗
You can format SD card in the camera in this way: Press the OK button to quit recording mode, then press the Menu button (the first button) to enter Main Menu, choose “Settings”, press “OK” button to enter, choose “Format”, press “OK” button again, choose “OK” to Format the SD card.

When I clicked enter cam it loaded for a while and then connected and then said camera disconnected

How do I get the rear camera to connect?
Plug the rear cam's cable into the connector port on the front camera, the car charger's cable should be plugged into the mount
