I've been in this Marina several times. It's on of the narrowest I've ever seen in my life. Nearly impossible, for the first leaving, to miss the mooring on the opposite side. I usually wait for my neighbor leaving before I do, but it's not always possible..
I’ve docked in Marina Korcula several times. One of the narrowest in Dalmatia. Their berth is impossible to get out of without hitting the quay wall or the slime lines of the boats opposite. So, WAIT. All these charter boats leave at the same time. Another 30 minutes and they would have had all the space they need. Impatience and inexperience.
some recommended springing- techniques or/ and use of the bowthruster. Okay, this could have been successful, doing it very slowly and with patience. The light wind, coming from the bow could have helped to move the bow to port. But I had asked the neighbours on portside to help with a temporary bowline, in order to move my bow as far as necessary.
To be fair that's nearly an impossible task for a fresh graduate from a 5 day sailing course. However, was even some common sense applied? Absolutely not. At 0:40 what on earth is he doing removing fenders? I mean even very experienced captains would crack a nut trying to get out of there. I would simply refuse to moor in that spot. Or get assistance from the harbor master or an experienced skipper and arrange him a dingy ride back.
Not exactly the easiest spot to get out of. Could have come alongside the wall and then sprung the bow out using using reverse thrust a fender and a stern line but it would have probably still ended up clashing with bow lines on the boats opposite.
I think I may have walked it forward and then rigged a dutch sprong from the port side to the wall on the starboard side and used forward power to make it pivot to port on the stern. or better still a second line port bow to wall to pull the bow round, but I notice they have a bow thruster.

Seems impossible to make that turn in such a large boat
