@@hodesigns just gotta also say now that I’ve watched your latest video that I’m super excited to see your part 2 also I’ve never tried window screen lids, how much dose it usually cost to make one of those?
It’s very cheep, I would say it cost about 25-30 but you can probably make it cheaper by ordering if of Amazon or something. It’s kinda annoying when your doing smaller projects because the window frame and mesh come with quite a bit but either way it’s the best bang for your buck in my opinion, I’ve been using it for a long time now and it’s been my go to for every project.
Not sure if you’ll see this or not but I saw someone using cork board, stacking pieces on top of each other and then using a method like you used to make the pieces flush to the background. It comes out looking amazing and just like rock. Saves you massive amounts of time for an amazing product
I just used a piece of polycarbonate that I attached with hinges and custom latches. I’ve made this design a few times so if you would like to see a bit more on how I made it check out my bioactive crested gecko vivarium part 1 for the best explanation. Also thank you! 😊
Incredible hardscape, I thought the planting was amazing as well but wow that was a beautiful hardscape!
Thank you! Honestly it’s one of if not the hard scape I’m the most proud of! I’m glad you like it!

Amazing!! What did you use to cover the front of the tank? Is it removable? If yes, how do you remove it?

I already chose the names a while ago lol 😅 but those are actually great suggestions. Might have to consider for future animals. 🤔
