if your tired of using the silicone and cocofiber method i HIGHTLY suggest doing the drylock method! expeshally if your carving such detailed backgrounds
I absolutely love your little frogs!!! The enclosure is beautiful... can't wait to see the frogs is it!!! You take such great care of all of your animals!!! 🤩🤩🤩
My favorite shot is 6:03 right when the lil baby jumps for the cricket on the side of the leaf ^-^ and also 7:32 when he says “hello!” Is just the cutest thing ever xD
I really love this build and the idea with the moss is a great one. If I’m not mistaken you once put some on a coconut shell for your dart frogs. I did the same thing and it worked out so great for me. It spread very nicely on the coconut and after trimming it always like explodes in groth.
Hi Dayyan, what an amazing build ! I will for sure use your technic for the java moss. I wanted to thank you for your work because you are the reason I started creating bioactive builds with naturalistic backgrounds for my geckos (Correlophus Ciliatus, Rhacodactylus auriculatus and the latest I acquired an Uroplatus alluaudi). Hope to see you one day in France !
Love the enclosure missing the potho I love how it looks in the enclosure and the frog seems to love them as well Nice build can’t wait to see how it looks gives inspiration to do minds I have so many empty new enclosures I buy them when they go on sale 50% off my husband ask me if I’m trying to start my own business selling enclosures 😂 no I’m buying them for when I buy the reptiles I want crocodile skink gecko Pac-Man frog and tree frogs starting my little collection little by little I always wanted to have my own reptile room when I got sick with cancer that was put on hold now I’m in a better place I can Keep your videos coming Much blessing ❤
I used to think Dart frogs were the absolute best. NOW, because of you, I like the Fringed Leaf frogs even better! As for the sweet Glass frogs, I rather like the appaloosa- looking spots on the backs of the slightly larger of the two, but agree...you'll make more frogs happier sooner if you move the little ones into the new, very nice paludarium. Above all, have fun!
I wish I had seen this video before I started setting up my large crested gecko enclosure. This gives me so many ideas of how to build a better one in the future. I have a rescue crestie that needs a full tank remodel and I now have so many ideas of how best to do that. So thank you so much for that! Awesome video! ❤
I absolutely love your videos, not only are you educational and very helpful especially to those new in the hobby but you also share how to create a beautiful habitat for each and every animal you own 😭💕 Again love your videos, it’s always a treat when you post☺️ And I’d love to see an update video on the fringed leaf frogs, definitely a new favorite of mine💖
This was a very informative “how to” video! Thanks so much for sharing your knowledge with us. I have built terrariums in the past, but never something as complex as a Paludarium. It’s my next project for sure. I have a couple of questions for you : 1. Do you have to wait for the paludarium’s plants to mature and fill in before you can add the frogs? Or is it ok to add them right away? 2. Is it possible to house the glass frogs with any types of lizards? Thanks again for sharing with “us”! I’ve subscribed to your channel - I’m sure many of your subscribers (including me!) would enjoy seeing you “mature” tank. Please share!!
i think the granulated frogs would look better in there just because their color matches the leaves of the plants you chose better lol. I love how well they camouflage, and the glass frogs are a better match for a build with lighter green leaves like the pothos
What submersible filter do you recommend for such a build? Do you have a favourite and if so, how loud do you find them? Thanks for sharing the knowledge! Probably won’t get frogs, but am playing with ideas and inspo for my gecko terrarium (not quite the same, but still good) & gotta love Stratum! Bought one bag to use in said gecko terrarium ( added it to the substrate) and have ended up using it for nearly everything plant related! 😅
Thanks very much! Nope! My cresties have a t5 plant grow light over them as well as a t5 uvb. That generates enough heat for a warmer gradient near the top of their terrariums.
This was awesome. I love your passion. Thank you for sharing your knowledge. Do you know where I can buy a Cochranella granulosa glass frog juvenile to make as my pet and care for? Thank you!
Do you have a good source for spagnum moss? I feel its become much harder to find and way more expensive. Awesome build! Id love todo a water feature in my adult mourning gecko tank but its so much work and maintenance haha.
Im thinking of making a bioactive enclosure and buying 3 crocodile skinks. What are the things i should look out for while creating the enclosure, breeding, feeding and overall habit.
I love setting up enclosures too! This may be unrelated to the video at large but I had a pretty general question. For a large cage, 36" x 18" x 26", (other than keeping the entire room a certain temp) what would be your suggestions for heating? currently I'm using a single deep heat projector bulb which seems to keep the warm side a decent warmth but I'm worried that the overall temperature is too low. For context this is a Tokay gecko enclosure and my Tokay seems to travel between sides just fine but recently he has been spending time in his cork hollow on the cold side and only once every couple days does he come to bask on the warm side. My room tends to be on the cooler side since it is winter and we are redoing the insulation in my house. I haven't noticed anything different in my geckos behavior (apatite or general mobility patterns) but I'm a keeper that probably worries more than I should and just figured id try to get any clarity on this worry. Thank you and as always great video!
Do you use RO or RODI water? I have to make RODI for my saltwater tanks and was told I have to re-mineralizing it to use with my reptiles and tarantulas (which I do).
I love the video!!!! Just curious what plant took over the quarantine tank? I’m looking for plants that really overgrown and make it a jungle in my tanks if anyone can give me suggestions I’d appreciate it!!!!!
It does with the crocodile skink build barriers so I’m hoping it will here as well! If it doesn’t I will drain it and do something else/update you all!

Glass frogs are just the best. I can’t choose between the species. I hope that you do a series on glass frogs! I can’t wait to see more of them.
They are too cool 🐸! I Hope to eventually! Not until I’ve gained even more experience with them though ☺️

I love watching builds for frogs. It gives me such great inspiration when I am building mine.
I think the fleischmanni should go into that build.
Thank you Casey! I enjoy watching them too haha! Thank you for your recommendation! Much appreciated!
Love your new Glass Frogs, can't wait to watch them and their home grow. Have an amazing trip💜

Thanks for the tips! Glad you like the tank!

Awesome build! If it was mine I'd put the blue spotted frogs in there! I would like to keep frogs myself one day!
Thank you very much! Appreciate the suggestion!
There are some genius ideas here, the kitty litter, the dremmel, I'm getting my DIY head on now 😀 😄 😎
Thank you! Best wishes for your future projects!
@@Reptiliatus thank you, happy Christmas 🎄
I just got into these guys and absolutely lobe them!! Have you had any luck breeding them?
Watching this in preparation of getting my own glass frogs! Where did you get yours from?
Hey Dayyan you should make a glass frog care guide
Glass frog video ♥️🔥
Thanks for watching!
Love the Glass Frogs. Do they ever get food aggresive with one another if two individuals go for the same crickett or fly?
Thank you! Honestly, no. They might try to get the same prey here and there but they are very relaxed and don’t hurt each other!
What submersible filter do you recommend for such a build?

Nice video, I would be interested to know if you still use a heat spot for your Crested Geckos or just LED lighting
Thanks very much! Nope! My cresties have a t5 plant grow light over them as well as a t5 uvb. That generates enough heat for a warmer gradient near the top of their terrariums.
@@Reptiliatus Thanks
This looks really great , Did u add a misting system to this after? if so which one did u use?
This was awesome. I love your passion. Thank you for sharing your knowledge.
Do you know where I can buy a Cochranella granulosa glass frog juvenile to make as my pet and care for? Thank you!
Nice set-up i have the same size tank. With RITF, How are you keeping that water clean?
Do you recommend having a water feature / pond with dart frogs ?
Wait that’s so smart using the vac behind the carver 😅 why didn’t I think of this 😂
Haha happy to help!
Beautiful, im a reptilian and amphibian to, i like your terarium design
Awesome! Thank you!
They’re so cute!! How do you make the vinegar cleaning spray?
I mix mine up in a spray bottle. 50/50 ratio of water and vinegar!
I personally use reverse osmosis water (pure) and add 25-40% white vinegar! :)
I do have a question 🤔 Have you ever done a build for a Bearded Dragon Tank before? I do luv your builds they are very Beautiful.
I actually haven't but I think that would be a super fun project for the future! Thank you so much!
Do you have a good source for spagnum moss? I feel its become much harder to find and way more expensive. Awesome build! Id love todo a water feature in my adult mourning gecko tank but its so much work and maintenance haha.
Hello, it's a beautiful tank set up. Can I know did you use a headlight during the filming process? It's so dark and they are so tiny 😂
Im thinking of making a bioactive enclosure and buying 3 crocodile skinks. What are the things i should look out for while creating the enclosure, breeding, feeding and overall habit.
I love setting up enclosures too!

Thanks for the inspiration! I'm sure your back was sore after that build. Oof!
You are most welcome! Haha it was def a lot of work!
frog @ 3:47 giving us the finger lol
lol
Does the uvb pass through the plastic wrap that you have on top? Awesome little frogs
I didn’t bother putting a uvb light on the enclosure yet since frogs won’t be going in for a few weeks ☺️
Do you use RO or RODI water? I have to make RODI for my saltwater tanks and was told I have to re-mineralizing it to use with my reptiles and tarantulas (which I do).
for this build I used ro water and added a 2L jug of spring water for that reason :).
I love the video!!!! Just curious what plant took over the quarantine tank? I’m looking for plants that really overgrown and make it a jungle in my tanks if anyone can give me suggestions I’d appreciate it!!!!!
Thank you! That was Pothos!
Cochrunelle garnulosa for the new and beautiful Paludarium
Thank you for your suggestion!
Will the reptile putty hold together in water?
It does with the crocodile skink build barriers so I’m hoping it will here as well! If it doesn’t I will drain it and do something else/update you all!
Love the vids
Thank you!
3rd time lucky for me watching this 😂🥰😂
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for your support!
I'm not even going to try and spell the names but my choice would be for the little group of the smaller frogs.
Hahaha thank you friend!
do you use other lamps for the heat or is 3 times 8 watt lamps enough to keep it warm
Are you going to add a misting system?
Most likely! This was to show the initial build. There will be a more detailed follow up/update video in a few weeks-month(s)!
@@Reptiliatus I can’t wait until the frogs get established and they begin to have babies. That would be a great video
you should put the smaller ones in the new enclosure ps. patrons are always right lol
Haha love it! Of course! 😉
what do you use to clean plants
When will you make a reptile room tour??
I really need to soon 😂😅! Probably after I finish my last few dart frog builds and Tree monitor upgrade enclosure!
how do you make your pothos grow so big and strong in there?
Does anyone know where to get the false rock aquarium barriers? I cant find anything like that anywhere
How deep can the water be cause I’m scared they drown?!?Also how do you change the water cause in in the tank?
Did you do the update on this enclosure yet?
Where did you get the blue dot tree frogs ???
How do I get that black sprayer?
If these frogs are transparent is it possible to see the Crickets swimming around and digesting in their stomachs😊
Can you mix species of glass frogs in the same habitat
I wouldn’t recommend that
where did you source them?
GRANULAR GLASS FROGS🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Thanks for sharing a suggestion!
Random question: how do you get your reverse osmosis water?
No worries! I purchase it from a water store. I plan to buy/install a reverse osmosis system in my home early next year.
Did you put a filter or pump at the bottom in the water ?
Yes, that'll all be part of the update video once the tank has grown in more and the frogs are ready to be moved in :)!
@@Reptiliatus that will be great to see & learn how you install it , can’t wait
