I have seen these centres (I'm not even from AP) - APSDDC was fairly professional from my engagement with them. Dont know about the financial dealings but the centres really did come - with mini Lift Mechanism, Complete 3D Printers, Robotics, advanced CAD centres etc.

During my 2rd year, we went to AP skill development sessions at a neighbouring college to learn 3D designing using Solidedge (Siemens). Must say that 3 week workshop impacted our lives a lot! We studied under JNTUK curriculum, which is pretty outdated to say the least. This workshop made us realise the true role of our graduation. It's the reason some of my classmates were able to settle abroad working in structural design jobs. There is no good industry in AP, so most of them work in different state or country contributing their taxes there. All Mr.Jagan's govt have done in their term is establish a system called "Gram Volunteer", which employs the state youth @11k p.m for spreading govt. schemes (of which there are a lot) and stuff. All these schemes are aimed at the poor and numerous, making them win the Election at the cost of our young generation's future. God save us

30 Skill development centers (6 CenterOfExcellence) were setup (still running as of today) and 2Lakh students got trained through this program, which comes to Rs.15,000 per student. This program brought AP to top position in skilled resources provider (1st for 3yrs, 2nd for 1year) in India

Thanks for covering Andhra politics with such deep detail and I worked in CBN janmabhoomi programs - one of my inspirations to join government service later in life. But it is during YSR time, in 2005, I joined a Government Job and worked in MGM Hospital Warangal. United state those days and now I am settled in the United States and very sad to see this state of confusing and caste-based politics in Andhra. By the way, both janmabhoomi and user charges in government hospitals introduced by CBN - inspired me but later proved to be futile events - his fault or our culture's fault - no one knows.

They say it happened through skill development corporation, with 90% funds from Siemens and 10% from state. State officials released 330 crores as part of their share and all spent on nearly 300000 students on buying equipment and training them and almost 200000 got their jobs. Not a single person charged , not even md of the corporation.

Even ED is investigating this case and they have already arrested the middlemen few months ago including the guy who worked in Simens during the time of MOU and who also happens to be the head of Design Tech. Simens has clarified that we are not aware of the MOU. Things look tricky here.
I want to add one thing alone that no one ever discussed in this subject. I was actually surfing the interest and found a document. It is a central government fund sanction letter to government of ap for the said skill development corporation. Central government has actually given an aid of 79cr just like it gave to every other state. So if there is any scam happening which involves money laundering wouldn't the central get involved in it and try to prove cbn as a looter or corrupt when he turned against them in 2018? Why would central government leave away such opportunity to book CBN under some case and put him behind bars? To this day no one from center made any statement against CBN or the irregularities in the said project. Centre even gave few awards for the same project. Isnt Siemens involved in apssdc to this day? Did this government make any exclusive MoU with Siemens right after getting into power? These are some questions that this government should answer.

Till now only the beneficiaries know. We had a skill development thing in our college it was a semester long course where the apssdc has given our college the equipment which would worth atleast 50lakhs and 4 trainers. So I knew what he did but now those who didnt get benefitted also got to know about this.

Please check the number of skill development centers in AP, there are 48 centers which are still running and won several awards. Siemens and it’s sister company today released a statement that they are ready to share all the documents whom ever they want. So case will be resolved pretty soon

i took that skill developement program in andhra university, we didn't pay anything. we got trained for a week on seimens cnc programming and later got a certificate, he machinery we were learning on was worth crores coz it was just massive and so were the computers we were provided (they had really good specifications at that time, also we had another program by dassault systems, which was in my college. laptops were provided to the clg, a very good ones too( for that time). these were two of the skill development programs by that govt that I attended. i dont know the economics behind all of this. i just know, the program was legit and it helped students.

Grant in aid does not come as money or asset , as a part of CSR ( corporate social responsibility) Siemens will provide their software which they valued at 3300 crs. 10% fund from government is for sourcing the hardware which required to run those software’s . The same scheme is implemented by Siemens and design tech in 9 other states including Gujarat
And the siemens is not aware of this deal. Disigntech bought the software for 58 crores and inflated the cost price multiple times. We wrote the letter to Andhra Govt back in 2018 and no action was initiated by then govt.
If that is true then why not CID add Siemens as respondent and ask them to provide that as affidavit in the court. Saying that they don’t have any connection with the project

I have seen these centres (I'm not even from AP) - APSDDC was fairly professional from my engagement with them. Dont know about the financial dealings but the centres really did come - with mini Lift Mechanism, Complete 3D Printers, Robotics, advanced CAD centres etc.

I like to contribute a bit of context
I'm pursuing BTech mechanical 2017-21. During my 2rd year, we went to AP skill development sessions at a neighbouring college to learn 3D designing using Solidedge (Siemens).
Must say that 3 week workshop impacted our lives a lot! We studied under JNTUK curriculum, which is pretty outdated to say the least.
This workshop made us realise the true role of our graduation.
It's the reason some of my classmates were able to settle abroad working in structural design jobs. There is no good industry in AP, so most of them work in different state or country contributing their taxes there.
All Mr.Jagan's govt have done in their term is establish a system called "Gram Volunteer", which employs the state youth @11k p.m for spreading govt. schemes (of which there are a lot) and stuff.
All these schemes are aimed at the poor and numerous, making them win the Election at the cost of our young generation's future.

30 Skill development centers (6 CenterOfExcellence) were setup (still running as of today) and 2Lakh students got trained through this program, which comes to Rs.15,000 per student. This program brought AP to top position in skilled resources provider (1st for 3yrs, 2nd for 1year) in India

Thanks for covering Andhra politics with such deep detail and I worked in CBN janmabhoomi programs - one of my inspirations to join government service later in life. But it is during YSR time, in 2005, I joined a Government Job and worked in MGM Hospital Warangal. United state those days and now I am settled in the United States and very sad to see this state of confusing and caste-based politics in Andhra. By the way, both janmabhoomi and user charges in government hospitals introduced by CBN - inspired me but later proved to be futile events - his fault or our culture's fault - no one knows.

I want to add one thing alone that no one ever discussed in this subject. I was actually surfing the interest and found a document. It is a central government fund sanction letter to government of ap for the said skill development corporation. Central government has actually given an aid of 79cr just like it gave to every other state. So if there is any scam happening which involves money laundering wouldn't the central get involved in it and try to prove cbn as a looter or corrupt when he turned against them in 2018? Why would central government leave away such opportunity to book CBN under some case and put him behind bars? To this day no one from center made any statement against CBN or the irregularities in the said project. Centre even gave few awards for the same project. Isnt Siemens involved in apssdc to this day? Did this government make any exclusive MoU with Siemens right after getting into power? These are some questions that this government should answer.

i took that skill developement program in andhra university, we didn't pay anything. we got trained for a week on seimens cnc programming and later got a certificate, he machinery we were learning on was worth crores coz it was just massive and so were the computers we were provided (they had really good specifications at that time, also we had another program by dassault systems, which was in my college. laptops were provided to the clg, a very good ones too( for that time). these were two of the skill development programs by that govt that I attended.
i dont know the economics behind all of this. i just know, the program was legit and it helped students.

Grant in aid does not come as money or asset , as a part of CSR ( corporate social responsibility) Siemens will provide their software which they valued at 3300 crs. 10% fund from government is for sourcing the hardware which required to run those software’s . The same scheme is implemented by Siemens and design tech in 9 other states including Gujarat
And the siemens is not aware of this deal. Disigntech bought the software for 58 crores and inflated the cost price multiple times. We wrote the letter to Andhra Govt back in 2018 and no action was initiated by then govt.
If that is true then why not CID add Siemens as respondent and ask them to provide that as affidavit in the court. Saying that they don’t have any connection with the project

Ironically same Andhra region is not going to elect him . Sadly voter's of one of the finest state going to Vote freebies of Jagan. Its my observation
