- After taking 4 weeks off from fishing my home lake; I am back and trying to figure out what they are doing!

Glad to see people out on my home lake. Just recently picked up bass fishing and this is the only place I’ve gone so far. Decent luck but still lots of learning. Any good recommendations for hagg?

Looks like the lake is at full pool, best time to be there! Caught my PB smallmouth on the point leading into that first Creek arm you went into. Hope to see more videos.

Do you think that fish had already picked up the bait when you were fixing the back lash? Or she was just staring at it waiting for it to move?
Honestly I don’t think the fish had it the whole time but definitely picked it up towards the end of my backlash. I actually missed that fish coming down the bank but gave it a second before casting back in there!
i live in Coos Bay but I'm guessing your at Henry Hagg, Ive never been there before.
It’s a tough lake due to recreational pressure but it can be fun!
Feel like all pics I see from are loaded with boats. Glad you found some.
I was fortunate to be there on a day after a small storm and I think it kept the crowd away!

Sure is! The no wake zone makes it perfect for when the lake is busier than usual. Ramps at full pool are easy to launch and parking lots are safe too!
Great Video, I like to see the gear you use, and I like the edit to each cast that catches a fish. I would be up for doing a video day on the river with ya.

I appreciate it man! I’ve never fished there before so my info probably wouldn’t help ya! If it’s like anywhere else it’ll be super cold water temps and possibly dirty water. Be prepared to go finesse and deep!

Debatable but I’d say TenMile Lakes. There is always tournaments there and it is fished all the time!
