    helpful, but didnt mention the 2nd or 3rd interview, with provosts/deans or even the president.

    Thank you for the great video! I also have a comment about hiring people who are actively volunteering in the commuinity. What is the point of that for the students who are in the class hoping to gain the knowledge that they need for their future? Hiring these people means eliminating those candidates who are experts in their fields and spent all their lives learning and educating youngsters. So I have a suggestion for you. Instead of looking at these nonsense hire faculty who can truely help students. Then for those faculty hold mandatory workshops and train them in working with the community properly and systematically instead of randomly doing sth that might benefit them in getting such positions but will not benefit anyone either at university or in the society.

    I do not agree about the bright make-up. I think it is distracting. I can't stop looking at your red lipstick. You are awesome though. Thanks for what you do. It is so helpful.
