    Why is it illegal to ask if you are planning to have children??? If the employer dont want to hire someone who is planning to have children, why should he/she????

      Then most of the employers would go and choose for the ones who are not going to have children and we can easily come up to the situation where people with families are discriminated from the job market. It's very tricky to control that so better to prevent with such regulations from the beginning, in my personal opinion.

    Is this presentation only by women for women? What about most recent male discrimination for faculty positions in academia due to promoting women for faculty positions?
