Aaaaaaahhh! I remember watching this episode when it first aired! I was only 8 years old, and even I knew Harry shouldn't have gone rogue with that bone-headed answer. He seemed like a nice guy, though, and I'm glad he went on to be a successful actor and comedian. If I remember correctly, he redeemed himself and won the next game, including the big money.
This show is deeply tragic because it's where contestant Judy Ross loses and leaves. I would have loved to have seen her in that white outfit. In the early years of this show, sometimes the contestants outshone the beautiful celebrities, even the ultra hot Gail Fisher.
Usually I get these 1970s references easily. But I was not at all familiar with the particulars of Gunsmoke so I did not recognize Marshall Dillon or Miss Kitty. (Thank you, Wikipedia.)
