Hi I'm Kathryn!
I am a former soloist with the New York City Ballet and Miami City Ballet. When I was a young student, I was always looking for insights into the ballet world and how to improve my dancing as well as beauty and lifestyle tips. Now that I am a professional, it is my turn to share.
On my channel I make ballet, beauty, and lifestyle videos for everyone of all ages. My goal is help dancers improve and achieve their dreams as well as open up the ballet world to non dancers. Let's bring the joy back to ballet! How important for the young dancers to see that even veterans need coaching. I love the two of you together. You are so fun and just have an "It is what it is" attitude. The majority of the people at the gala are there to watch their children/grandchildren and to support ballet. Eh. They will love what they see and not know any different. Unless, of course, they watch this vlog. I love Sean and his mouth.

I love that they include the behind the scenes stuff where they’re just chatting away figuring out the steps. The final performance is lovely to watch, but how they got there is so interesting

Oh. My. Word. This was pure gold! The part about coming on early for the bows (or whatever they're called in ballet) was HILARIOUS. Mostly because I've done that before and I completely sympathize and laugh with you 😅😅 Love this material so much - thank you for taking us with you!!

Amazing vlog, as always, Kathryn. The ones with you and Sean are my favourites, because he's so funny. Will there be a house tour vlog of your house with Chris, or is that something you'd rather keep private? Either way, I'm proud of you for hitting that milestone, and also for giving an awesome performance in the gala....and for you and Sean laughing off your mistake coming on four eighths early, instead of beating yourselves up or blaming each other.

I ❤️ you and Sean so much. And especially you Katie, because it’s taken years of your classes until I was finally ready to dance in a studio again. Your experiences gave me confidence to dance again, without feeling self-conscious. ( context: I’m around 6”2 on flat ❤️, and it’s definitely hard to feel graceful)

As a straight male adult ballet dancer, I can tell you firsthand," it is next to impossible to get pas de deux training." Take advantage while you are young because that's the only way to acquire it.
