I’m a bit disappointed with CMA Northlakes (QLD) l went there to make some enquires in regards to building at the Sunshine Coast and l left my number with reception but no one called me back. I think reception should have information regarding price list and processes to help clients who come in
Finally a new Podcast. i really enjoy your content. I’m building now and regret we didn’t know about Homes By CMA. This because we moved from Victoria. Hopefully our next home.

Thanks Chris for what was a very informative episode, particularly given the current circumstances we face. We're in the process of weighing up designs and builders to complete our first new home build and my partner and I are feeling very overwhelmed by the process. So every bit of extra knowledge we have going into it is much appreciated. We are all but certain we'll be engaging Homes by CMA to build our home, no other builder we've approached has been as open and transparent as CMA. I guess we'll be reaching out for a face to face meeting with Chris in the coming months :)

I have a feeling your prediction might be close to the mark, after our experience dealing with Brighton in particular we won't be touching them. I'm looking for a home builder, not a Sports Stadium sponsor
Brighton offered a leased solar option to try and push sales
@@Limitlessbickley we know, they also pushed us for a deposit before we even found a design we liked.
