the amazing intro and 6 year later, Valindra has been slayed and is back on her phylacteri, Makos is dead, apparently revived or replaced, celeste seems to be a traitor, i'm pretty sure that neverember is a fraud, Dargent knox is still a sargent, Freaking Tiamat is back, freaking Demogorgon is on the loos, freakin vampire lord Stradh is on the loose and still keeps going and going and going, in other word, it's still amazing and free (unless you want to open the loot boxes of course).

I effing love this game. only I hate the zombies in it.. Damn. But I survived all the way up to be a Level 60 Rogue and that is by far the best class to play. Awesome skills and strength.

Jacen Solo he could of been just a human or elf sorcerer to, his parents conceiving him in an area with daemonic energies and thus infecting him with it I feel so nerdy... it is a nice feeling, I just wish they made sorcerer a class
I do love DnD (tabletop and computer). But I hate how disconnected trailers are from actual game mechanics. Best example in this being the telekinesis (???) cast as a reaction, and them used to casually block dragon breath.

I had more fun in NWN1 where I could build adventures and play around with scripting code to make neat things happen. Shame the login servers for multiplayer are gone for those old games. Good days building an character validation scripts as well as DM tools for players who didn't want to use the DM client and be in on the fun more.

Al Malone Baldurs gate is actually my favorite game. But I get your point. The problem with BG and ID, is that its based on D&D advanced, wich is a really old system. Games based on D&D 3 or 3.5 are actually faster and more game oriented. Neverwinter nights is an example. But you could change combat to make it more entertaining for an mmo, I understand that, but this game is stripped of anything resembling to D&D. Its almost an action game instead of an rpg.

Wizard also has blinking-like ability, it's called teleportation. And I find wizard in this game is pretty agile.

The combat isn't turn based if that's what you mean. Its rather skyrim mixed with league of legends if that makes sense
