    IN THIS VIDEO I SHOW HOW TO MAKE THE PERFECT NIGERIAN PARTY JOLLOF RICE THAT IS EASY AND VERY DELICIOUS AND YOU CAN MAKE THIS IN ANY OCCASSION THIS RECIPE IS FOR ABOUT 20 to 30 PEOPLE DOUBLE IT IF YOU'RE HAVING MORE GUESTS
    INGREDIENTS:
    INGREDIENTS FOR RICE
    4.54 kg rice (40 cups)
    tomatoes
    bell peppers
    scotch bonnets (pepper)
    onions
    ginger
    oil
    tomatoes paste
    5 tbsp butter
    salt
    2 tbsp bouillon (maggi)
    2 tbsp curry powder
    2 tbsp thyme
    bay leaves
    one whole nutmeg
    meat stock
    INGREDIENTS TO SEASON THE TURKEY
    onions
    ginger
    garlic
    pepper
    rosemary
    1 tbsp curry powder
    1 tbsp thyme
    1 tbsp bouillon ( maggi)
    salt to taste

    Jollof rice is one of the special delicacies in Nigeria which is used to celebrate nearly every event ranging from wedding parties, burial, graduation ceremonies, naming ceremonies to a bunch of other celebrations.....
    You enjoy it more when its being cooked well.... your good at this when you added onions and butter at the ending.....great taste to behold 👌👌

    I have never seasons my meat with rosemary but I will start adding it to my meat. The turkey looks so inviting and delicious. Jollof rice looks super delicious and beautiful outcome. Thanks for sharing sis

    You just nailed it. From the boiling of the meat to adding the bay leave is A+. Yes you cook jellof party rice with steam. That your pot is the best for party jellof rice👏🏾👏🏾✅✅ The rice is cooked with the sauce. Definitely will give it a try❤️ I hope your guest enjoyed it?

    Looks delicious. Pls where do you get the cut turkey and chicken from that you use in your videos. They dont look like you buy them from the grocery store. looks like from a farm. Looks more healthy. Also is the chicken you use hard or soft chicken or is it stewing hen? Thank you

      No measurements for salt add salt to your taste. I stated that the water and rice should be about the same level and stock is the stock from the turkey.
