- Welcome to my in depth review of ArieForce One, the ground up RMC roller coaster at Fun Spot Atlanta! I attended ArieForce One's opening weekend and this is my in depth review following over 100 rides on the coaster.
Fun Spot Atlanta and RMC have a real winner on their hands with ArieForce One and I hope everyone watching gets to ride this roller coaster one day. ArieForce One opened to the public on March 31st, 2023 to rave reviews with many calling ArieForce One one of the greatest roller coasters ever built.

Got a chance to run a few laps on this beast this weekend. Absolutely an elite coaster! 10/10 is an understatement. Exceeded every expectation I had. At night it was absolutely hauling through the course. Will definitely be back to ride many times! Thank you Doctor Coaster for cataloging the journey of this coaster, and Fun Spot and RMC for gifting the world this amazing ride!

Fantastic review! It's almost surreal, realizing that what we have waited for (and what you have covered) has finally come to life last weekend. You are a million % right, there really is no bad seat on this ride. I only have 10 rides under my belt so far, I got to catch up, if only my gut would let me do more than 6 or so rides at once, haha. Night rides are absolutely incredible too!
I cannot wait to see the ROI they get from this, and what rides come next. The grass parking lot was PACKED on Sunday.
I sure hope they get a good return! This park, and the people behind it, deserve everything!

@@doctorcoaster yeah I went while arieforce was underconstruction and there was barely anybody but that might have been cause it was 30 degrees I'm hoping to come back soon

@@littlebear4543 Pretty on par with Gwazi as far as pacing goes, but it’s more snappy. Velocicoaster is still my # 1
@@doctorcoaster yea I felt like gwazi was just a little overhyped. Don’t get me wrong it’s an amazing coaster but left me wanting a little more. Velocicoaster was basically the perfect ride, it’s my number 1 as well though I want to go back to cedar point someday because I was like 7 or 8 when I went and now I’m 22. I got to ride everything though, everyone was looking at me like I’m crazy for going on top thrill dragster.
I am stoked!!! I am riding this in a couple of days cause I am floored by this coaster even existing.
I may never return to six flags over Georgia again due to my last experience. When I think it, all I need is an arcade and a coaster that SLAPS. I am excited

Great review. We road it a bunch today for first time. I live in the city but finally got to get down to it. The pacing of it and unique elements back to back is exceptional compared to other RMCs I’ve been on. I agree the long zero g stall into the outside airtime hill completely blew me away. It’s completely unique and it’s crazy it’s here.

I rode this coaster several times back in April, and I loved it. One of my very favorite coasters -- my 3rd favorite actually after Iron Gwazi and VelociCoaster -- it bumped Fury 325 down to the number 4 spot. This is definitely a perfect coaster -- aggressive, relentless, intense, fast, phenomenal pacing, top-notch elements -- the outer-banked airtime hill is insane and excellent inversions (most notably the arcade roll --- almost as good as the Mosasaurus roll). It's great having this coaster only 3 hours away. I will go on record to say that ArieForce one is a considerably better roller coaster than Steel Vengeance.

Thank you for the review! Me and my bestie are going to Fun Spot tomorrow! I'd been there before and the only rollercoaster that was good in my opinion was The Hurricane. I'm completely positive that my opinion is about to change. We are going to go on that one and I can't wait !!

Unfortunately I can’t go to fun spot due to my ear infection I was post to go today but I will go next weekend. This review makes the coaster way more exciting I been seeing the updates every week and now and this is the most exciting rollercoaster in the east I agree with you all the way!!

I live in Loganville Ga and I can’t wait to try it out. My first RMC was Twisted Cyclone so I have a little experience. I’m big on air time and speed but I wanna get more stalls under my belt so I can’t wait to try this one. Grew up in Ga and nice to see us getting on the map with this.

My wife and I totally agree with you. We have 30 rides on it and are blown away that it was a walk on on both Saturday and Friday. Crazy for this coaster. Thank you for all the work you have done documenting the construction. Great work Dr coaster.

I never actually ridden an RMC before, a couple of years ago I got on twisted timbers at Kings Dominion but before the ride could start I got scared and got off lol

Rode it 25 times. My new number 1. This thing rips through the course and every single element slaps. Not a single dead spot

Rode Arie on Friday 3/31 for the grand opening and just got off gwazi 4/6. Arie is a better coaster. Not by much but better. It’s outerbank is the best I’ve been on. That’s including steel vengeance.
I’ve heard that from several people now, I’ll have to get back to Tampa later this year!

i live right behind this park its crazy its really no lines for this coaster we pass it everyday and it doesnt even be full. Lots of times its only a couple of people riding even during spring break!
Looks like the park should get renamed "Funnest Spot" Can't say how MUCH I love the color + theming of this great ride! It's ALWAYS a thrill to meet an Astronaut. Being from Houston, I've met a few. Yep! Six Flags, like Disney should pay heed to the competition. New park for Fla. one coming to Texas. COTALand Tilt Coaster. Down the street from Six Flags Over Texas. Glad you got so many rides i. Most GP will go to SFOG, since I know a lot of people still never heard of Fun Spot Atlanta and/or AF1. Really hope this works for Fun Spot in the long run. Also thinking about the SeaWorld chain comment, that's how I know two people got kicked off Iron Gwazi for not fiiting. I felt bad for them, but i guess that's what you get for not using the test seat 🤷♀

The trains was short it really didn't matter where you sat.....but... the back OMG will Never sit there again its to aggressive for a short train had a headache when I got off. The front was the best even though your thrown around throughout the ride it was fun and aggressive. I couldnt tell how smooth it really was. I give it an 8. At least Georgia not at the bottom of RMC anymore roster anymore lol

I expected a solid mid-tier RMC and got SO MUCH MORE than that. BruteForce One easily broke into my top 5 and I can very well see how some will rate it #1, even with hundreds of credits. This starts out as a super fun ride in the morning and gets progressively faster all day long. When you think it's maxed out, it gets faster. And then it gets faster still. At night the air cools off but the train still goes faster. And you feel every bit of it.
Get your rides in now: I strongly suspect this will have a trim brake added at some point. I'm convinced this train is going faster than designed from the end of the Zero-G forward.
And be prepared for the brake run.

Th American Falg inside the station building queue on the ground floor is hanging backwards.
Loved it, got 16 rides in. Honestly wonder if they will have to trim it a bit in the helix cause it was hauling so fast.
That's my expectation as well. I'm sure it wasn't intended to be quite so fast from the outer bank to the end.

Based on what I have seen in r/rideforces the helix pulls around 3.75g as advertised, however pulls 25-50% more negative Gs depending on the seat than the advertised -1g.
Possibly the best coaster in Georgia... I do not think it is the best RMC coaster, and many other people agree of that. I get that anyone reading this is probably like, 'Oh, he's saying that because it is not the tallest RMC" actually, no. Twisted Cyclone at Six Flags Over Georgia is one of my all time favorites, even though it does not reach nearly as tall as this one. Anyways, this was a pretty awesome coaster, but I do not like any of those barrel rolls. I get they were intense and fun, but they got me a little nauseas after the 2nd one, and multiple airtime hills didn't help that. I did ride it multiple times just to see if it would stop happening but it never did.... Definitely a really good RMC, but not their best.
Any word on if the sign that’s set in the planting bed is eventually going to end up on the hangar above the track? Looks like a prime spot for it!
I think they might have more signage on the way, but I’m not sure
I wonder if it's actually going faster than intended, or if this speed and intensity is a benefit of using a steel structure in a ground-up design

The queue is better with Orion but the station is better with AF1. I like AF1's theming a little better because of the trains.
