We lived in Kodiak from 1992 thru 1995. It was the best place we ever lived and miss it so much. Ft Abercrombe was one of our favorite family go to places. Thank you for taking on this run. Oh the memories.
Thank you Treadmill TV and the jogger for this very cool video. I am a Truck driver in the lower 48. Before I got this job, I walked a lot, not too much jogging and I really miss it. Haven’t walked or jogged like this since I’ve been in the truck. This is perfect for me to keep active, jogging and walking in place. Thanks again!
This makes treadmill runs a brain activating experience. Exploring interesting and beautiful places keeps you moving wanting to see what is around the next corner. Thank you!!!
Love, love, love the virtual runs. Great for treadmill running. It really helps me feel like I am out in nature, when I can't get out. Thank you so much!
Ahh, Ft Abercrombie! My wife and I used to love this park. Beautiful scenery an lots of blueberry bushes! Bears can and will be seen there on a regular basis. Several camp spots with amazing views. Small area with volleyball and horseshoes next to a small beach. Historically significant in the sense that the US Army had built several buildings and weapon platforms to fight the Japanese during WWii. Massive guns were blown on site when the Army left and are still there to admire today.
fab run video with lovely views.... suspect if I did that run in real life I'd fall on my face with all those roots to trip on lol. Beautiful and a very motivating video, you never know when you're going to get another glimpse of that beautiful coast.
I loved this! Don't have a tread mill, so running (and walking) in place and doing various calisthenics in place was a glorious experience, especially since I will probably never be in Alaska. By the way, I always do these without the music, so I can use my own thought processes. Not sure what the complainers were referring to.
When I'm stuck in my dark basement running on my treadmill, your videos help me keep my sanity by taking me on beautiful and scenic "adventures". Thank you!!
Ann D. Winter runs in the house during winter can be most challenging. I listen to Alison Krause and Union Station. Perfect speed, beautiful music. Text me back if you like.. Michaelkd
I exercise on my CrossTrek so I can hike. This felt like I was in the woods. Thanks for the beautiful scenery - now I need to figure out how to get to Alaska from NJ!
The scenery is amazing and the pace was just enough to see a lot of it. Great job. My only complaint is the camera seemed to make big sweeps too much. I found it disorienting and almost fell off the treadmill twice. 😂
Nice short hike in a place I will never see in person. A hike in the woods is always good for the soul during the lockdown fiasco. Our state government is so much in panic mode they closed the Appalachian trail of all places.
Spectacular scenery that peaks towards the end of the run - this run is at a pretty good pace (maybe 8min/mile). However, if you are susceptible to motion sickness, the hilly/windy path may bother you.
Thank you thank you ! Superb run and you must be fit " it gave me a great start to today , ( that was close when you nearly tripped ) again thanks for taking the time to do it. 🇬🇧👍
Thank you so much for your amazing video. I felt I was there running with you . I have never been to Alaska. I live in beautiful Devon where we have magnificent viewsalso, but I love the beauty of the world around me and like to explore even though it is only on video it is so relaxing. Thank you again.
I enjoyed a great run with you , thanks. Made a great change from my usual run here in Glastonbury! I got a bit worried a few times that I would lose my footing on that rough terrain!
What a treat!! I'd love to live in Alaska but I don't think I make enough money to lol. Thanks for the video ❤️ would love to see more of this dreamy state 😍
Wonderful and beautiful accompanyment to my run. Wondering if (it may not even be possible so sorry) in editing you can include rough speed of our runner/filmer along with grade increases and decreases...? Very good job
It’s a good idea. Some runs do include that information from gps but not all. The process for adding it is also a bit of a challenge when the videos are so long. I’ll record the gps next run I record.
I walked around my house for a half hour. Swinging my arms taking full strides. I'm five two the pace was good for me tall people can cover more ground with their strides
Great video...except the COMMERCIALS were killing me! I’m on my elliptical, wheezing along on this nice forest trail with glimpses of the ocean and fresh pines, only to be interrupted multiple times. What marketing genius thinks ppl actually watch these? Enjoyed the up and down, could have used some b/g beat.... Not sure why ppl are complaining about the “breathing” - seems pretty natural during a run on a cold frosty morning.. Thanks for sharing.
@@TreadmillTV do those work on Grizzlies? they would probably sound like a dinner bells lol..here in Colorado bells work good because we're just dealing with black bears the babies of the forest they want no trouble lol.
Nice, but it would have been good to have a quick pause at the old hard points and the view off the hills. Still good though - I was constantly thinking about a Grizzly attack :>
Two questions for you please; 1. Do you have any videos at a fast walk for us old duffers 2. What allows you to keep your videos so stable and smooth? Is it the camera mount?
you probaly wont respond to this, but how long does it take to get better condition? I'm 102 kg, and 174 cm. I've never really been in any activity for the past 20 years. I just started to walk for a few days ago. But looking at you jogging makes me so motivated to keep going

Just what I was looking for! I appreciate that the real sounds were kept with the video.

Now, this is what I call "Treadmill Support " !
More Plz.
Love, love, love the virtual runs. Great for treadmill running. It really helps me feel like I am out in nature, when I can't get out. Thank you so much!
My favourite terrains and surroundings. Thank you. Well recovered from the small stumble.
Perfect for my summer run in the dead of winter. Lots of virtual forest bathing for me. Loved it. Thank you so much!
Wow! Thank you. I just felt like I went mountain biking in Alaska. Loved it!
This is by far the most beautiful virtual run I have ever used. I caught myself saying "wow" a few times during my run!
I was expecting Big Foot or a serial killer to jump out from behind a tree at any moment. LOL! It was a good run.
At 22:48 was anyone else like, “The parking lot! Yes, almost done!” ... only to go around the parking lot. Lol

Thank you! It’s hard not to keep telling my self to pick up my feet!! All of those obstacles!! Great job navigating them.
Thanks for letting me run with you today!
This is exactly what I need! I can check my steps, I feel like actually running!
I fast walked this and it was very enjoyable! Such a beautiful place! Thanks for sharing your run!

Wow! What a change from my usual treadmill walk! I love it. A good hike.
Thanks so much! I had a great run on a very wintery storm day! :)
Thank you that was great I'm from NJ and I would love a place like that to run. The scenery is fantastic had to grab the treadmill a couple of times.
Thank you - I enjoyed jogging on Kodiak Island while shut in at home during COVID19. Nice break

Awesome video! Don’t know how anyone can possibly run continuously for so long! Your incredible
I loved it, great run and camera work 👍 thanks 😊
OMG I needed these in my life!!! Thank you so much for this genius idea 😃👍🏽🙏🏽

Thank you so much for the video, it really helps me and keeps me focused on my running routine. ☺️
It is a beautiful forest but too cold........🙋💝💙💜💚💛👌👍
That was great. I enjoyed the scenery and listening to your feet and breathing made it feel like I was running with you.
ran this with you today. It was wonderful, thanks!

Great 30 minute run. Thanks!
Fanastic Video! Thank you🎉

Thanks for sharing this beautiful video, it helped me during the lock down time I am forced into
Thanks for the video! Great photography... Although I was on a treadmill I could feel those hills.
Thank you thank you ! Superb run and you must be fit " it gave me a great start to today , ( that was close when you nearly tripped ) again thanks for taking the time to do it. 🇬🇧👍
add some snow and this run would be IRL skyrim 😋 always great trails from this channel
Great video! Was waiting for the moose or bear to cross the trail. 😊 will be sure to ride my bike to this one again.
wow man!! thats some great endurance not an easy trail good job!! Great strength
looks like a great trail. thanks for sharing.

+tosha I would love to see more too!!
nice one, almost fell off my treadmill a few times 😂
Thank you!
Thanks for this wonderful video! I grew up on Kodiak but haven't been there in 25 years. Loved it. Do you have more on Kodiak?
Great video. Alaska wow !
Hermosos todos. Gracias
De nada Ana 😊
Toll! Vielen Dank 😊
Cool run. Not gonna lie i thought a sasquatch grabbed you on that stumble lol
I hope to meet one someday.
Always wanted to take a trip to Kodiak when I lived in AK. Alas, getting out there would cost wayyy too much (even when traveling within the state).
Hardwork. U walk well on difficult pathways. Good stamina
Amazing!
Omg breath taking watch out for Grizzlies
How do you keep the video so still while you are running?
Perfect for a 4.0 to 4.5 pace in a treadmill
trop beau bravooo more

That's not this guys fault. It's not like he's the one who puts the ads in the video, it's UA-cam.
thank you for the run .Where is a suit and next run ?
Merci, c’est super pour les mauvais jours
Beautiful scenery. Wish i was able to see more of the view ahead. I had to mute it towards the end.
Gorgeous place!!! Anyone else afraid a grizzly is gonna jump out?!
Bear bells are required during the most active times of year.
@@TreadmillTV do those work on Grizzlies? they would probably sound like a dinner bells lol..here in Colorado bells work good because we're just dealing with black bears the babies of the forest they want no trouble lol.
You would have to ask an Alaskan. I’m from Ohio. The only reason I wear bells is to go on a date.
@@TreadmillTV lol
Would love to visit and film one of my walking videos there.
Sharp picture. Wonder what this was filmed on
Beautiful run! Keep these coming. It pains me to hear your ragged breathing. are you ok?
Nice, but it would have been good to have a quick pause at the old hard points and the view off the hills. Still good though - I was constantly thinking about a Grizzly attack :>
BRAVO SUPER
Tilt up!
Two questions for you please;
1. Do you have any videos at a fast walk for us old duffers
2. What allows you to keep your videos so stable and smooth? Is it the camera mount?
walk as fast as you want
Hey! I wanted to ask if I can use a short 10 second part from this video for a shortfilm I'm working on. Will be of great help! Do let me know.
which camera do you use? and how do you stabilize it????
musuc?.
amazing 💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝
is posible with music?
Pl tell me which trail in Kodak this is. No bear treat ? Best time to do this trail walking. We like it cooler not hot.
It went by Ft Abercrombie. I don’t know the name of the trail.
paysage magnifique, dommage que votre caméra soit souvent trop orientée vers le sol...
Is there one for like running from the cops but not GTA
Do you find it easier to run while holding the camera as to oppose with a head strap?
A head strap is uncomfortable and does not give a very stable video.
Can someone give me the time marker for the bear attack?
you probaly wont respond to this, but how long does it take to get better condition? I'm 102 kg, and 174 cm. I've never really been in any activity for the past 20 years. I just started to walk for a few days ago. But looking at you jogging makes me so motivated to keep going
We walk there often👀
