Beautiful film. I'm 72 and I used to run EVERYWHERE. Now, with COPD breathing disorder it's a bit of a different story, but running alongside you through these woods makes me want to go out and buy me some cheap old running shoes and hit the trail again. Maybe I'll do it. Maybe I will . You've let an old man dream again .....

Just wanted to say thank you , got Covid n can’t go out so treadmill infront of telly, n found your vid n now exhausted after doing this and a canyon one, but will feel better for it,, thank you, tried an English one n they were walking through streets n kept looking at everything n stopping ,, many thanks, your keeping me sane as after only 5-6 days isolating my minds playing up, 👍👍👍😀😀
I have been running in this park for decades. It is challenging and gorgeous. It is a great place to run on really hot days as the trees provide very ample shade. I use my treadmill these days and am so happy to have stumbled upon this video. I really enjoyed remembering so many of the views. I am so happy I stumbled upon this. Thank you to those responsible!

Thank you for this beautifully scenic run. Equipment: Pair of trainers. Laptop on a stand on top of a cabinet at head height. No treadmill and just jogging on the spot. Sometimes moving around the living room. I even found myself moving to the right when that buggie passed by. Oh and by the way - I finished the same time as you. Many thanks for this virtual (my first virtual run). My steps were recorded as 7840. Thank you.

Big fan of your work I walk in place and watch your videos my weight is now 140 from 158. And they lowered my insluine Instead of rasing it.
