    I’m 39 spent half my life in max sec prison , heavily involved with the prison gang life , drugs alcohol etc . Just now making all the changes needed to keep my family (it’s been a slow long path back) and regain my health . This is just so motivating!!!! Simply fantastic

      Glad you turned corners and on the way up. I worked with my family selling property, using cocaine most weekends and with some people met socially through work. Dad found out and sacked me, set up on my own by new business partner got bought out and I didn't carry on. Arrested for a few frauds and money laundering, crack, heroin. Ten years later, not had a proper job in 10 years and still messing with heroin.
      Hate my life!!

    Am right there. Am making my way back up the elevator. 47 yrs old. SO many problems. Poverty beyond most people's imagination, health problems and so on. I want to get better. I have been asking for help for a long time but have not found it. Gave up on other people ling before they gave up on me. My own mother asked me where she had gone wrong with me. It broke my heart. We have hardly spoken since and she doesn't even have a ckue how badly that hurt. I have worked really really hard yet have no results to show for it. I do not know how to get out of my financial problem. I admit that. I am open to help. I like the video, but it's just another video that is motivational but I still need to find my own path. Nobody can tell me what that is. I need to make money, but most jobs make me feel like I'm dying inside and my autoimmune problems mean that for entire life, just walking has been painful. I struggled from a young age with bronchitis, and asthma It is very tough man. I wish I could tell you that the video had given me an idea of what I need to do. It is good to know that someone has found a way out. I have no idea how to solve this. I tried all my life and now I am nearly 50. I will keep searching dude. I have no home, no job, no pension, not even a state pension because I was so sick for most of my life, yetam not eligible for any state aid at all and no vehicle. Yet I have worked so hard that I burned out at 28,and then again at 33 and again at 42 and I have spent last five years trying to find an answer inside me because I no longer believe that action or external effort will help, it will just leave me unable to get out of bed for a few years again. I am very clear that I need to know what action I should take and go slow and steady. I was a consultant to large publishing companies, then a brand strategy consultant. My clients did well. Then I tried to ditch all that, moved to a foriwgn country, learned another language and found myself working with sick people as a healer and body worker and brought other people back from serious illnesses and accident. There was an article in a local paper about me and how I got a guy with a broken back to win a semi-pro golf competition within one year of an accident that left him with titanium plates in his back, smashed ribs, punctured lung and a whole host of other issues,in another case a woman with anemia followed my dietary program and was off iron supplements within 4 weeks, her Dr asked to neet me and ask how. I did it because I wanted them all to get better, I never thought of myself, I left the self serving me behind with the branding/marketing career ling before. I put my faith in God and set about helping others. I never made enough to put a deposit on a home though. I have no children...I always felt I must solve this first. I am desperate to find a new approach and have started a gradual stepping up with bramachayra(semen retention), quitting alcohol, (I was not a big drinker, but nevertheless, I am going all in because I have no better ideas). Almost stopped coffee, occasionally I have a weak one in the morning. I began to chant OM to help build nitrous oxide, and CO2 reserves, I started consiounsess breathing to (see WIM HOF), just started a little cold water therapy...just gently to start. Its cold in winter with no heating but I am considering going to raw veganism as well because I need every chance I can get. Am still penniless and feel deeply worthless. I got married three years ago in Colombia My wife is wondering what she has got herself into with me, I can tell when she looks at me. I die of shame when she asks me how my search for an income is going because I have nothing and no real prospect of solving it. Nevertheless I am determined to do everything I can think of to be better. Ideas welcome. I have some serious talents, yet I live with no idea of how to make them pay...not that I haven't nearly killed myself trying. I used to think I could do it. People would say 'your time will come'. I looked for the break. I am 47. It never came and although I am not really a quitter, there is only so much I can take and now it is affecting my wife too. I have not quit. However,I do not have any sense that outward action, planning or commitment can help. I have tried so hard,so many times that I have come to accept that I am not wanted by this world and have recently often considered ending my life. I have prepared my documents to send my body home so that it will be easier for my wife, saved enough for the cheapest cremation possible and have determined the method. I called various suicide help lines. They would not talk to me. The Samaritans would only talk to me if I was based in the UK and another suicide line said that they only talk to people under 45! So they affirmed that my life is not worth saving and that kinda confirms it when when suicide councellers refuse help based on being in the wrong place or time. I tend to agree with them. I really do not have any other options. Your video says ask for help. What denied repeatedly? I don't even know why I bothered to write this, because it will likely attract ridicule or derision from trolls and not much else. Still,I cling on in case help actually arrives one day or crack the code somehow. Shit. Sorry about this downer people. I wish I was not like this. But I am.

    I wasn’t the most talented in HS either and went out for Cross Country to help me in Track. I convinced one of my best friends, a sprinter, to go out with me.
    We became the top runners on the team and because he worked extra hard at it, beat me except for the first race. He got 2nd in League Meet, I got 10th … both of us medaled.
    A big, painful lesson(Duh …) for me.
    Next year, I worked at it, was most improved runner on team and probably in Freeway League (1969).

    “I can control this. Wich was teriffing for me”. Rich Roll
    Well thats why is so terrifing to us the knowlege thet we can control our lifes and that our desteny is our hands. Ita terrifing becaouse its so powerfull.

    • @Ikaros23
      @Ikaros23 4 роки тому

      alle we can do is controll how we " react" to life. Reality is that destiny is not in our hands. People get sad/broken when they think they have controll over things that is not under theyre controll. And they complain and bitch about the things that are 100% under theyre controll. Your destiny is to die. that is the purpose of life. How we live and react to that fact, is what makes us or breaks us.

    Every single person on the planet has fears, failed, lost things and feel colossal despair. I am no different. I am sick of hearing about the super rich only to realize that they too get divorce, loose someone close to them, the difference is 'CHOICES". When you get pissed off enough to say,"I HAVE HAD IT" the recycling begins and you will be alone but the choice is the reason for breathing.

    I'm 40 and people think I'm 20-24. I've meditated one hour minimum a day since summer of 2012. I never desired to meditate daily, it just happened. Surrender is the beginning of the turnaround in the heart. The heart pump comes alive and then the kundalini comes awake.
