It is never made with PORK, this is not traditional at all.. it is always made with beef (substitute for yak) and mutton/lamb.

Meat is up to you i know they use yak meat, mutton/lamb in Tibet but we can’t find that meat everywhere so I teach we can also make it with pork if you didn’t find other meat.
