Bhopi is the best and is my favorite dish. My father makes the bhobi on special occasions. This dish is the healthy and best food compared to any other food.
You nagas and us Tibetans born in India look same! hahahaha. Once a friend was showing me his college photos. There was a boy who looked like a naga. I asked my frined if he is from Nagaland. My frined said he is Tibetan! lol

I had tasted it once in the early 1970s, when my Pala had brought to my hostel in Kalimpong (SAS), that was the only time I had tasted and known this dish. It was made by our dear family friend, Late Maje Kungala, the famouss Tibetan cook from Kalimpong who was our parents friend from early days in Lhasa . So nostalgic to see it after more than 50 years.

Last night, i tried this wrap. Adding hot water to flour and using spoon to mix is new to me. The wrap turned out thin and nice after cooking. But i used different filling of minced soya nuggets fried with onion and tomato.
