the heatless curls, if u are a side sleeper, I can recommend putting it up unicorn styled version, other tips, spray the braid part slightly with saltwater spray and to keep it in place from not going everywhere and also be kinder to your hair, sleep in a silk bonnet. it have done wonders for my hair! :D
