hey bright, i have a question. i kind of liked the nostalgic feeling i got from the 2006 models, so i got them in trainz 2019. but the lighting in the game doesn't make them look the way they are supposed to. is there a way i can get the old style of the models to still show in the game?
@@Gustavolagranlocomotora I hate to tell you this but it's one of those paid programs (it's that harsh as the whole model goes to shit if the paid version is not bought)
Like the 2009 models
Nice tutorial video.
Great stuff!
Awesome

I don't have Trainz 19 installed so I don't know an exact way to preserving the old look of the models in the game.

How Did You Even Rip That 2006 Thomas Model Into Blender, Can You Teach Me The Instructions On How To Rip A Trainz Model In Blender
You Will be need 3d object converter
You forgot to bake the wheels
The reason I didn't bake the wheels is due to animation being thrown into the mix. The process is pretty similar though.
Oh ok
Good tutorial, but I have one problem though. Nothing will show up in Blender!
yes me too
Can this be possible with a CDP file or is it just limited to these
It can be possible with a cdp, but you'll need to rip the model first before putting into Blender
Oh ok so I didn't need the flour, eggs, milk, coco powder and whatever else
pretty much lol
idk how to rip stuff tho
3d object converter wont let me rip the file becouse 3d object converter thinks the file is unknown format. is there any way we can fix that problem?
did you make sure that you set the filetype to a .obj file when ripping?
@@oliverandtoadfan89 does 3d object converter support .im type format?
yeah it should
