The Charge of the Scots Greys [Military History in Miniature]

My depiction of the famous charge of the Scots Greys at Waterloo. You'll note at the end of the video a charge by Napoleon's Polish Lancers is depicted. Many military history sources state that this regiment was actually one of the Lancers of the Line regiments, however, in the "Waterloo" movie made in the 1960's the Polish lancers were depicted. I chose to use the Polish lancers for my video, but suffice it to say, they were definitely lancers!
I wanted to take the standard practice of displaying photos of military miniatures and "up the game" by telling the story of the battle display as the viewer is led through the diorama visually and audibly. Really captures the viewer's imagination!
I'm a long time collector and creator of military miniatures and an avid student of military history gleaned from my time as a cadet at West Point and many years of service as an Army Officer. Lieutenant Colonel William "Rooster" Jones is a 1983 graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point. He holds a Master's Degree in Environmental Science from Louisiana State University and is a third generation Army Officer and second generation West Point graduate. He has served over 28 years as an Army Officer in the Regular Army, Louisiana National Guard and Army Reserve. He resides in San Antonio, Texas.
