That is my friend. Our circle of friends and I try to do our best to make him become normal but it's a slow and painful process and sometimes he thinks we are bullying him. He even quit us one time, blocking us on social media and disappearing from our lives completely because we "didn't understand him". Eventually managed to reconnect with him, only to discover he has become worse due to lack of human contact.
Everything always goes wrong in his life, to him everyone seems to dislike him and he always blames everyone else for his problems. He lacks the insight and sense to see that, really, his attitude and behaviour is the source of his problems. When he starts telling yet another of his over-dramatized story where everything went wrong for him, and it's really obvious he was the cause of that thing going wrong, then don't even try to point it out to him, he will get upset. He always gets along bad with other people except us, his friends, who know what he was like in the past (an okay fellow) and can put with his antics. I hope he can change one day.
It's such a toxic headspace to be in, I really hope your able to help him.

As a social worker, I want to say that incels (in general and in the video) display several traits of autistic people- ignoring you, ignoring advice, inability to see/hear themsleves, inability to empathize/sympathize- but doing so would be an incredible insult to autistic people.
As someone with autism who knows a few autistic people, I get where that conclusion could come from. However, while many are awkward and unaware, most autistic people really do try to be social and understand others which is sadly impaired by their disabiluty - but they try.
Though I actually know a guy with autism who is severely toxic and heading into the direction of becoming an incel. From what he showed, I believe he might have showed signs of narcississm. Not trying to say that all incels are narcissists; however, some really do give off the impression.
