- Conservatives have seized on the exchange between FBI lawyer Lisa Page and FBI agent Peter Strzok, which was sent after the 2016 presidential election, as potential evidence of an anti-Trump bias at the FBI. Strzok was a member of the FBI team investigating Hillary Clinton's email server and, later, a member of Robert Mueller's special counsel operation looking into Russia's attempted interference in the 2016 election.
Trey Cowdy has an astonishing record of being right about a lot of issues....and at the same time getting to the absolut bottom of that. This guy is naturally getting on democrates nerves.

I never comment on political videos but I cannot resist on this one. The despisement Erin has for Trey is so obvious it makes me sick. Her body language is incredibly unprofessional with how she looks down at her papers the majority of the time, and her facial expressions are dripping with mockery and anger. Every single question she asked was phrased in such a way as to try to humiliate Trey, twist his words, or accuse him of being a crazy conspiracy theorist. Her behavior as a news anchor and "journalist" was disgusting to watch. Then, when it came to the text messages, she focused in on one text message just to get a reaction from Trey even though we all know full well these agents were against President Trump from the beginning. Might I add she attempted to make Trey seem delusional just because he mentioned secret society from a text that he quoted verbatim. I am extremely proud of how Trey handled himself, always sticking to the truth and the rule of law, treating people with respect and dignity even when they don't deserve it (case in point), and subsequently coming out the bigger person.
I was reminded of why I strongly dislike CNN. They go against the American people. They go against traditional wholesome values that make for a moral society. They call good evil and evil good. They support their own even if their own are full of injustices, and they refuse to acknowledge any good someone may do if they aren't a liberal. My take away from this interaction is that Mr Gowdy is honest enough to admit that having worked for these departments he does have a bias but that he is cognizant of that bias, open about it, and subsequently reminds us all to consciously check our biases when we rightly go searching for the truth.

Mueller, having reviewed these texts before anyone else, knew this investigator said there was no crime(pay dirt).... yet these slimeballs keep dragging out the investigation. Keep persecuting people around Trump for issues COMPLETELY unrelated to the election, then catching them misrepresenting things which were completely LEGAL had they just told the truth(both Flynn and Papadopolus)... NOTHING to do with the election. Now compare that to OBVIOUS lies from Huma and Mills regarding use of the Private server...they claimed they didn't know yet their leaked emails from a year prior show them talking about their private server... no one in the FBI pursued those lies...and those lies were material to the case that was being investigated.

That's often the response I see when the facts are clear, but inconvenient. If you have a better explanation for the message in question, offer it. Strzok already said he would be only too happy to get involved if there were anything to find, but was convinced there wasn't. And his hatred for Trump was also already clear: he referred to wanting to have a plan to derail his election ("insurance"), and after the election, he referred to a "first meeting of the secret society" (tongue-in-cheek?) to work toward opposing him. Anyone who thinks he and his lover--and likely many of their friends--were horrified by Trump's victory and were ready to take him down is naive. "The resistance" hasn't rested since the morning of Nov 9, 2016.
