There isn't really such a thing as an undecided voter. Or at least they only make up a very small number of those that claim to be undecided. You only have to ask them, who they are titling towards. They found out that 9 out of 10 times, this is who they voted for. Being undecided is really code for, I don't really like talking about politics and I don't want to justify my decision to other people. The easiest way to avoid this, is to just say you are undecided.

I’m a retired lawyer. Even criminals deserve representation to make the state prove its case. But this wasn’t criminal, it was a civil case. No way most lawyers would touch it.
Most lawyers won't work for him simply because they enjoy getting paid for their work, all ethics aside.

So much of what we Americans have experienced during these very dark past 9 years could have been avoided if a true vetting system was in place. All candidates, at a minimum, must pass a governmental security clearance, release 10 years of taxes, pass a civics test PRIOR to declaring their candidacy. No Judge appointed by a litigant in a case should ever be permitted to rule on that case. The is the definition of prejudice. Justices appointed to the Supreme Court must be recused from any case involving the individual that appointed them.

As he criticized his legal team, I could only think that this is another ploy to delay the courts by appealing on the grounds that his lawyers did not represent him to the best of their abilities. Deny, project and delay, delay, delay. A complete dirt ball!

It would seem so, but we need to wait until all the legal avenues are exhausted. Then we'll see. The immunity decision is wreaking havoc in all this but if the prosecutors can carve out the pieces that have no bearing on that immunity we'll all be content in the future. I have to believe he's going to PRISON!
Note the timing of these various prosecutions. They rigged the law to go after Trump when he became a candidate in the 2024 election. It's called LAWFARE. The judicial system should not be a weapon to go after political opponents. What good is a Constitution when it's not enforced???

I am wondering if the judge that delayed sentencing Trump until after the election intends to sentence Trump to jail but didn’t want to mess up the election process. If the judge had intended to give Trump a slap on the wrist he could have done it on Sept 16. Perhaps if Trump loses the election he will then end up in prison.
