You should use some dumbells. I use a 10 lb dumbell on my first week, then 15 when my body got used to it. I follow some of his dumbell exercise and it helps me build muscles.(sorry for my poor english and grammar again.)
Also you can't have thick shoulders and arms in just a few months when you don't go to gym. Because most of the guys that have thicker muscle and shoulders lift weights and they do it for years and maintain it.
Miicasaa Gaming I use a 30 pound dumbbell so I definitely have muscle it just doesn’t really show I use my body weight, resistance cables and dumbbell but I don’t see any change

On my other days i also focus on my shoulders,arms and chest( chris heria and fraser wilson). So im currently doing this to update yall on how this journey goes.
how do you raise your hips off the ground for those reverse crunches and leg raises? i keep trying to brace my core beforehand, fix my breathing, and follow the cues most people suggest (like "curling you pelvis towards your chest/belly button" or "point your toes/stamp your feet toward the ceiling") but for some reason i can't make it happen. it's as if my gut is actually in the way or something. sometimes i see people do it successfully but only if their hands are holding onto something and i want to be able to do lower ab exercises without the need for an anchor.
@@josh-jv2uy just right beside me cuz if it's under my back that'll be like using a crutch. I wanna learn how to do it without placing the hands there otherwise I'm not using full strength

Try bicycles. Not a literally bicycle lol. It’s when you lay on your back and pull your knee up while touching your opposing elbow to that knee. If that’s a bad explanation just look up the exercise and you’ll find it

For abs?no, but well technically every exercise indirectly, stimulates the ab muscles. Pull and push for upper body is very good. Push for tricep. Pull for biceps.
Yes you are. Keep your legs as straight as you can. Don't place heels on the ground. When you raise your legs up, try focusing on your hip to lift your body and not your legs. This increases stress on the abs. Hold it for a second too.
Its hard to maintain the weight,I almost have abs ,but my diet didn't stay long ahha ,I eat more hahah,I excercise my abs its help to circulate blood, my varicose, almost gone even I didn't have abs i do it for the sake of my varicose

Let me tell you sth , you can not work out this part of area using that kind of excercises , muscle fibers are going in lengthwise not vertically so what you demonstrate is simply ineffective
