I have a house on Utah that is over a 100 years old and we have renovated it so it’s beautiful. We are right down from the Observatory and we love living here

Growing up in North Park in the 90s. It was definitely not this. University ave. Was super sketchy. Pimps and prostitutes were everywhere. And motels that were rented by the hour were up and down university. But there was always good taco shops 😋

Agree with your palette change to lagers. From a manufacturing perspective, it's easier to brew an IPA and use an exaggerated amount of hops and yeast. With a lager, the manufacturer has a much more delicate process to reach that window to achieve the balance of flavor and crispiness.
Yeah its weird! Like the last 3 months or so ive been on a lager binge. Been drinking alot of Kona Brewing and Longfin Lager from Ballast!

Lucky's breakfast place? Switzer Canyon? The Lafayette? Lots of long-time, classic NP spots too. The murals, yes, that's a whole tour in itself.
Switzer Canyon definitely starts off part 2! So many places there cant cover them all lol

Crazee Burger is pet friendly! I’m there at least once a week, they have a great patio area!
I grew up in NP NP little league for 4 years! Now I’m in Golden hill which has some really cool spots the rec Grape street dog park Pizzaria Luigis, Giorgions. There’s a nice view of the city and Florida canyon the golf course from Golden Hill park.

Great video of my neighborhood! I too have switched away from IPAs to lagers. Original 40 makes the best lagers in north park IMO.

not according to google maps but i still included it because everyone says morley field is everyone's favorite park in NP.
I live few blocks from Morley. Gets very busy on the weekends even with covid.
