Love the build man does it take long for your turbo to spool? And around when I’m the rpms does it start to build boost ?
3000-4000rpms full boost. EBC keeps the gate shut longer allowing for boost to respond much earlier and quicker. Without the EBC, full boost hit around 4200-4500rpm.

@@ThatHondaChannel shit you’re exactly right I’m finally boosted and for some reason Hondata has a glitch not allowing my tuner to turn up the Hondata boost controller , so it’s just off waste gate and it spools around 4500

Who tuned the car? You’re afr’s are 12.5:1 under boost. That really lean even for ethanol.
AFR wasn't calibrated for sometime. The OEM WBO reads mid 11's.

AEM sensor hasn't been calibrated over a year. Glad my factory WBO2 reads 10.5-11

motor has never been open up. Turbo is by far the cheapest $/hp for these platforms

What is difference in cost $$$between stage 1 and stage two and also hp gains from stage 1 to stage 2 ????
Stage 1 is non intercooled and can safely run about 7-8psi (340-370whp). Stage 2 is intercooled and you can run 12-14psi (400-440whp) on the stock internals. The cost between the stages is about $1200-1300.

Was it just too much power for the 4th gear? Thinking about looking into this for me 14 Civic Si. How can you avoid anything breaking if you get this turbo. I’ve also looked at the KraftWerks Supercharger for the Si. What’s your thoughts on those?
too much torque. Keep the psi down low will help. Kraftwerks have been known to have their issue. In terms of reliability, power and cost. Turbo is the better option. You can have Kraftewerks power by simply lowering the boost. If SC'ing is in you sights, research TVS1320. Much better IMO
4th gear is known to go with these transmissions. i think gearX has a good 1-4 kit

OEM axles. Good for about 700whp. Obviously depends on how you launch the car.

If you have an ILX, a Makspeed kit or PRL kit would be sufficient. ILX is a Civic based chassis. Obviously you need Flashpro for tuning. But these kit come pretty much complete. You didn't mention the trans. Im not familiar with how much power the auto trans can hold, so I would have a conservative number in mind. If your 6spd, it wouldnt hurt to build the trans.

How much power can that engine take with stock internals?
Without a fuel return 400whp-440whp. Fuel return somewhere around 500whp, but not for long.

I love the build but it truly annoys me to see such a clean car done up and to simply have a crooked steering wheel. Get an alignment! Lmfao spend thousands on going fast, but wont spend $40 to keep the tires/wheel straight.
Has nothing to do with alignment, but everything to do with dropping the subframe. She's point straight now 👍
