    won't connect to my network and my blood pressure is going up as I get frustrated with it.... my iPhone is happily connect to the network

    starting to get the dreaded retry 301 and 201 error after 6 months. This is a flaw in the design and no way to fix it.

    Recharge via microUSB? Please tell me the newer versions charge via USB-C cable?😫

    I was seriously considering this device until they said “microUSB”. So sad, that’s a deal breaker, not going back to having multiple charging cables. Use USB-C it is 2023 not 2010

    I was not able to get my measurements on the Pixel phone. The devices were paired successfully but no data on the phone or website. Bluetooth and location were on also. I am going to return it.

    I bought this new monitor, upgrading from the previous version. I haven’t yet been able to use it due to error code 303. I’ve tried it numerous times and asked for help from customer service. I did receive useless information and am now looking to return it.

    Crap and very frustrating. Constantly sends you CODES over and over again. If you don’t have high blood pressure you will after trying to figure this piece of garbage out. Setting up to track your blood pressure should not be like getting into a bank vault. I do not want these codes sent to me constantly that I have to copy and paste to the ridiculous app. I don’t want an app that tells me how many steps I should take and all the other nonsense I just want an app that tracks my blood pressure and this piece of garbage does not do that. If you don’t have high blood pressure this system will cause you to have high blood pressure.

    This is the first place i saw to change the user AFTER you do the reading, I have spent a long ass time trying to figure this out. I just saw it on the web site that you do it after but it is not obvious at all! Well thank you video!

      Yep pretty sure this is the main problem for most people, after figuring this out seems to record the data as expected.

    I bought this, would love clarification. Audio instruction says place tube on the inner arm, video show closer to outer arm. Which is correct?

      @@withings It's still no clear neither from video no from manual how to position device. First of all what is "tube", second what is "inner arm". On video they put it plastic piece on side of an bicep (side which can no be squashed if you bend your arm) while on second shot it appears to be on inside of arm (side which can be squashed if you bend an arm)

    Yet another beautiful but horribly inaccurate product from Withings. Typically 20-15 high on symbolic and 10-points high on dystolic

    It didn’t work on my iPhone pro 11. It stopped with the next position already connected and pair was ok. There is a big problem a ”bug” for new apple iphones..

    Can't figure out how to have the app installed on two phones for my wife and me. I've created an account for myself, as did she. However, the measurements always go to my phone. There are no instructions to clarify how to share across multiple users other than select on the device and then shows multiple users on one phone. Seems pointless, as she doesn't want to use my phone to track her measurements as all the rest of her health data is on her phone. Please advise.

    I love the design, the app, everything, except that the measurements can’t be trusted. I’ve been experimenting with the placement cause only a centimeter or two difference meant 120 and 160 in the measurement. I bought this product cause I need to monitor my BP and need precize results, the measurements of this and my regular BPM are not even close. Family also tested, everyone has way higher results on the Withings. I’m very sad. I really wanted it to work.

      Totally useless, nearly £100 wasted. It’s so inaccurate my doctor said to put it in the bin.

    wasnt able to get a single reading on my brand new BPM connect, everytime i tried to take a single reading it gave 301 error and for triple reading 303 error. i went through the support website to find answers, it seems like its a known issue but nothing has been done to address it. disappointing !!

    All I see is a pink stripe and the word INFO. Never connects with my bluetooth

    Just bought one today, can't wait for it to arrive so I can replace my old "clunky" BP measurer. Looks awesome and I love the connectivity with Apple and bluetooth, AND being chargeable. I will NOT miss buying batteries.

      How has it worked for ya? People are reporting higher number compared to doctors measurements. I've noted the position of this is very crucial. More towards the inner part of the bicep seems to give more accurate numbers. However, the question is if that really gives the true relevant numbers or not. In other words, Not to hack the device for lower numbers.

    They never show exactly how to thread the damn cuff, it is like 2 frames. We are not all super able bodied monkeys you know.

    I'm having error code 401 and then follow your website directions to reset. It went into setup and stopped with a RED X. I emailed and sent a FB message asking for assistance. It's less than a year old and haven't gotten a response in three days???

    I have had 2 of these units. After about 6 months I start getting error codes of 201 or 303. Theres no way to fix it and no instructions on fixing it anywhere. It apparently is a flaw in the design and therefore a waste of money. Sorry, it is what it is........

      Yes you need have a cell phone and the Healthmate app for it to set up.

      Yes, the arm makes no difference. I believe they chose the left arm in the video assuming you are right handed, for ease of use.
