What regimen did you do?
First of all, I am not natural but I used to wear my 4D natural hair. One thing that got my nerves about natural hair is that it made me look older than my real age due to the thickness of my hairline that never got flattened 😆 No gel could flatten that baby/adult hair.
I like your hair because it looks so fluffy and healthy. If I go natural again, then it must have been through the Holy spirit's instructions 😀

Prenatal vitamins is a must-have. I take pregna-care. It helps my nails stop breaking.

I had to stop taking prenatals for hair growth, it was making my fibroids grow. The extra estrogen from the vitamins had no where to go since there was no baby, so it fed my fibroids. If y'all deal with the 'broids, be careful with taking prenatals for hair/nail growth. New Subbie though, your videos are great.

Your hair motivates me because I think we have the same type which is a 4b
what I do is record my hair growth every month with different oils to see which ones grow my hair along with aloe vera. Aloe vera grew my hair a lot with castor oil, but want to try other oils. I know rosemary also works, and I am going to try rosemary with aloe vera next month to see if it works for my hair the same as castor oil. Then If it does I will combine rosemary with castor oil and use that as my oils to use as my daily moisturizer with aloe vera.
My sister and I have been trying to grow our hair since we saw your videos in The summer of 2020 and it has grown two inches since then. I'm just hoping it doesn't break and goes back to where we started. Thank you for inspiring us❤❤❤
Hello I’m not mercy but cont doing what you do and be gentle to your hair using a WIDE tooth comb! Also! PROTECT your ENDS! PROTECT your ENDS! It’s the oldest part of your hair , to retain your LENGTH 😊. I hope this helps. God bless

Love all your videos and u look beautiful as usual 😍 and I did the big chop April 19 2020 and I’m very consistent with my hair routine that’s also key. I wash and deep conditioning every Saturday them moisture my hair with leave in conditioner my hair oils and hair butter then I put it in a protective style for the week and repeat every Saturday. And I also take my vitamin d and hair skin and nails vitamin and I cannot wait till April 19 of this year to see how much my 4a hair has grown. But regiments and consistency is key
