So first congratulations to the 100,000 subscribers and awesome video! like more of them. I want to buy a t-shirt (black on black heria) from chris for a long time ... wanted to order this today but my mother does not want that because it is too expensive..also it actually costs $ 27 (= 22 Euro) which would not have been a problem but there are still another $ 32 (= 27 €) for the transport to Germany ... wanted to really have it but unfortunately I can not change it ... :(
I started to train with chris's videos..but although still at the bottom I hope to make it to the top someday ... just for me to feel better and to live healthier. thank you very much chris for showing me every day to fight and doing what makes me happy. you are a huge motivation!

If any food increases your maximum hearts or stamina wheel then cook one of it because it will restore all of what it supposed to be used for and give you extra
Ex: if u have a hearty radish, cook one and that's a full recovery
