Just I was looking around & wanted to learn how to make marinated mushrooms. I love that come in the jar / bottle, but they aren't easy to find & more expensive now. So, I plan to do this ourselves now. ANd, you wouldn't believe, but we have built up more skills during the Pandemic, because we have cooked at home so much. Thus, this is something that we are confident we could take on now.

You should check the recipe again as your linked recipe shows the actual processing time to be 20 MINUTES, not 10 minutes. Also, you don't have to heat the lids in water anymore, and you shouldn't tip the jars to remove the water when removing them from the canner because the lid isn't sealed till it cools so tilting the jar may cause liquid to ruin the seal, especially since there is oil present.

LOL yes, the dog usually makes an appearance or at least his tail does! I have been adding these to pasta salads and so good!!
