While I won't exaggerate and say that this song saved my life, it made me feel less alone while I was going through a dark period in my life in which I often considered suicide. I felt like a nobody and that I was forever dirt. Therefore, this song is pretty special to me. But to tell you the truth, I didn't really get into Manson until I saw the interview in 'Bowling For Columbine' and I thought, 'Wow, this guy gets it.' He truly earned my respect that day.

Then I suffered bullying when I was at middle school, and it was by the time Columbine happened. It just took one listen to The Nobodies for me to know what he meant with this song. And my perception about him changed dramatically. It is my "bullying anthem" and helps me to deal with my pain. It has been 20 years already, but it´s impossible to forget those days. But somehow I overcome all that and I won´t give up living my life.

Needless to say everyone else thought i was the freak when they were writing essays on the true meaning of rap songs. lol
