This is a great business move Jho. Smart. I wonder what the neighbors think though? And how it will look having 30 cars on your property lol

Yes we need to do one! We have almost 20 cars now and 3 brand new cars 🫢.
Poor neighbors. Is it legal to have a car shop in residential area?
The city classifies it as a detached 2 car garage. We’re just glorifying it 😅
It’s not a full service shop nor a business with customers in and out so the neighbors won’t be bothered.
