The back lever is not particularly difficult for me, neither is the bent arm planche, but I have a lot of difficulty with the f@cking flag(no chance doing it)...thanks for sharing Andry.🇬🇷🇬🇷
lol it takes most people less than 6 months to learn the flag with hard training but usually longer to get the 90 degree hold, strange, but the 90 degree is more valuable since you'll need the strength for planche

Bro I can only manage 90-100 gm protein and 3 gm creatine at 66 kg bw . Do you think it's ok to learn some stuff I can currently do some free handstand push-ups????
Bro its okay i usually get only 60 gm with similar bodyweight and i progress fast
When i started calisthenics - i had maybe like 20g of protein per day.
Andry, how often do you train with weights?
Weighed pull up 1-2 times per week , weighted dips 1-2 times per week.
From complete 0 in my first year I achieved Bent Arm Planche in 7 months and Full Back Lever in 8 months and 3 weeks🗿

I want to ask isnt bent arm planche almost as hard as planche? I can hold straddle straight arm for 6 sec but even bent arm half lay planche is too hard
No. Its easier. you can't hold - because you haven't practiced that position. I trained few people with good basic strength and they could do it Bent Arm Planche just in 1 hour of practice and couldn't do it even Tuck Planche

In a bend arm planche you wouldn't need the straight arm strengt like you need for the planche
By the human flag all the body weight is on the left arm.. should I exercise handstand on one hand before?
