Im sure everyone can agree, we all want that Origin Zaku and Dom in MG. Especially if the Char variant comes with that monstrosity of a rifle. An MG Dom 2.0 would also be quite nice.
I really like this kit. I gave mine a Zaku Machine Gun instead of the Bazooka to emulate the Dwadge from Unicorn. I would definitely like to see the Dom Funf and Dom Tropen.
Although I would love a Dowas, I do not see it being made as it is too obscure. I would imagine a Rick Dom 2 and a Dom Tropen would be the next most logical releases.
This kit rules. They really went above and beyond to update an already great kit by giving it modern joins plus a ton of new outer parts as well. Very impressive.
I'd be really disappointed in bandai if they made a Dom Tropen as a P-bandai. The Tropen has a lot of parts that are pretty different, and it really should just be a standalone MG for regular release.
@@kint7689 That's a bit different though. The Dom Tropen is a design that's been around for well over a decade. It's been animated multiple times, and it would make far more sense for it to be a standard release.

that cockpit hatch is scary lol. if the mobile suit is down and not working anymore with just the chest turned a little to the side, the cockpit hatch will be blocked off and you are stuck in there forever hahahaha :P something i was thinking when i saw that cockpit hatch
Just finished assembling it. Love the retro look of the Dom/Dwadge. They could have given the kit more details but it's still cool. The backpack is the highlight of the kit for me. So unique compared to the usual backpack look.
I came here just to see if the shoulder joint was just my issues, you have to take whole area apart to refit unless you wanna stress the peg holding the shoulder square in. I ended up sanding down the back half to remove a few mm when I stripped the kit down for painting
I went looking for this review because of those shoulder joints dude. I cant believe they straight up don't work with the rest of the shell on. Mines the exact same.
If you are going to ask me what I would like to see from the MG Dom in the future I would say, I wish it would have ang MG Build Burning inside. An MG for that is long overdue
Bandai picked up the Star Wars Contract, that hurt the MG Line in North America, so maybe when that contract runs out, then we will see a huge North America release, until then!!!
What does the MG Dom come with that this one doesn't? Am I miststaken, doesn't only the HG come with the beam bazooka? Or does the MG Dom come with a beam bazooka? Please clarify

After this review I bought one. Been wanting an MG Dom for a while and this one looks really nice. The additional improvements sealed the deal.

MG Dom Tropical Test Type would be nice, especially equipped with bathing suit and pina colada accessory.
