All these methods of meditation, they have different names through different belief systems, but there is sensually the same… All of them in required to imagine light all of them required to give into the sense that a different energy is created in your mind in your body… It is the same in symbolism. It is the same in yoga it is the same in the Jewish religion and pretty much the same in Christianity. The sense of bliss whatever they call it… It has different names, but it is the same. We are connecting to the universe energy what where we came from

Wow. So amazing. My female guide was all in white clothes and with beautiful blonde hair flowing and the name tinkerbell came to Me. The male guide was so beautiful and all golden with golden eyes and the bane spartan came to me. Love my guides ❤

I started to cry when I saw my two guides, my male one was Nicola Tesla, I looked up that he commented about the power of solitude to get creative active inspirational downloads and ideas, ironically I have been spending my most precious time, alone.
I was mostly interrupted by youtube ads....so sad I lost it when meditating, i couldn't even figure my guide

I was reading and trying to practice the Silva mind control method but I feel like am not successful. But last night, I tried the method again after watching this. I was trying to connect to my guide but suddenly felt the room brightened up and and saw myself in Sta. Monica beach as if I was on airplane point of view. I know am not dreaming because am still conscious of my surroundings. I just can’t do it again when I tried

Impossible to do the meditation. Vishen's instructions were interrupted twice by ads. Really annoying.
My feminine is called simple, which was my mom and the my gran mom and them holding hands. My masculine is a tall, black alien like figure and he introduced himself as pick. Together they are simple pick.

He was the suffer from mental health in life. Was was innocent and kind hearted. He never marry after my mom and was always getting visions and his family label him Crazy. I don’t understand who these guides are. I inserted mantras while doing the Silva method and told the guides I want help from god as well and weirdly since then they have disappeared- I don’t remember my scary nightmares anymore which is mostly the power I had from doing this. Are we sure these are good creatures? If so why are they so offended by god?
If you get "lonely" and "sad" after being alone for 20 minutes... You may have bigger issues that you're avoiding.

This is such a dangerous meditation because your deep in a meditive state and suddenly an advertisement comes on. My body went into such spasms and my eyes started twitching. What is this ?

That's human nature .But when you really want something you will persist .He's sharing ,take it and change your life. Or stay where you are . Dont expect to be running behind you like a mother .No attempt is still a choice that you don't want a positive change. I manifested long before I stumbled on Vishen .He's not talking nonsense .He is just brave to share what people hesitate to share because it seems beyond reality.
Beware that when doing the meditation - it is full of ads! If you have not mastered the meditation technique it will not work for you! Please remove the adds!!!
It seems to me that since these " Guides" are so chatty they could tell you a little about what they are and where they come from if you asked. Because the answer " Know one really knows" is a little sketchy. I mean you are painting a rosy picture of them just being helpful in every way but some people might say they are not angels but demons. So at least ask them.
I already had two adds half way to the meditation. This was too much I had to stop it there. Can you fix it? Don't be too greedy.

My female guide is an empress called Lydia and my male guide was a Lion named Tobias. However, there was a white wolf appear with Tobias called Cyrus. As I was visualising and projecting my guides my skin was tingling my ears were beating and my head felt like it was pulsating. So strange! 🙏🤍
