Probably from Google adds, even videos that are not monetized are now getting adds...
If you skip to the end and restart the videos the ads should be gone after that.
But during visualizing I need to open my eyes and skip the adds its destructs me.
I think VLC media player allows to watch videos without adds?

I would love to say a big thank you to Vishen and the Mindvalley team for this amazing teaching. I listen to this video 3-4 time. And then I use my own favorite sound bath music to play during my practice in the most comfortable setting as sound bath helps to open up new path. I did not see the light, the beach, the fire, the guard, but I can feel they are listening, and it was really emotional, but I can sense that I am changing at the same time during the whole process of doing this, the whole thing from one to another like a flow. I always have my own way to communicate with the universe, with this, I evolve to another new level. Thank you.
Update on my result
This happen the NEXT day after my first practice last night (did on Monday night and all these come in on Tuesday)
- the delivery company send me a confirmation text on my order’s delivery date (I have been chasing and no reply and they are overly delayed)
- a client confirm a big job one
- another client ask me to standby for another possible job

Hey thanks man, I found that to be a solution. All my life i have been struggling with these blocks and now it appears that they are gone. So easily, while Ive been fighting these blocks all my life and they're gone just like that. Thanks. This is an inspiring meditation Vishen. Would it be possible to remove a couple ads from the middle of the exercise? The ads make it difficult to stay in that state in the middle of the meditation. Thank you for the work you are doing. 🙏

Mental block -- 1 . Hard is only way to success but it's myth smart work.
Where can i take the training, are you in US or?
Love your method and have made multiple attempts at removing blocks in the past. My problem is that I can't visualize so therefore, it doesn't work. There was no colour, there was no vibe, there was no energy ball, no violet flame burning the block...there was nothing. I came out of this feeling exactly the same as when I started.
I have tried many times to visualize an object, a place, a scenario, a feeling etc but the only thing in my head is a blank space. No idea what I'm doing wrong or why it doesn't work.

The ads in the middle of the meditation are very disruptive. Please remove them.

I want help
There is this block inside me about spending money. Everything I buy is in reasonable cheap price, food where I eat I think of price before I go, my husband takes me to laxuries places, very expensive restaurants which doesn't make me feel good as I believe this money would have been used to help someone in need! Recently learnt that in order manefest we shouldn't be like this instead live the future , I want to remove this block for which I need perfect articulation to tell my brain, please write a good sentence for me here , thank you
