Widebody M3 Gets a DIY Splitter!

- So now that the kit is finished, I finally built the next mod for the M3- a front splitter! I think it turned out pretty well for a first shot. I could probably tweak it a bit but for now, it's right where I want it.

A few things, 1. Front splitter makes a world of difference with that wide body so awesome job, 2. Is there any chance of seeing the video of you building the mounting points, installing rivnuts, etc etc without the time lapse to give someone, or me, a better idea of how to make/build the hardware, 3. Are you saving all of your molds/templates because you could make a killing building those widebodies for other M3 owners, and 4. Milo's appearance gives non-cat owners great insight to how cats love to be up your butt when you're really busy working on something😀 That is all👍

I saw the thumbnail of the first DIY wide body video and was disappointed thinking “well there goes a clean e46 M3” and now I’ve come all the way through to the last widebody video and this one and I can not be more impressed. You’re going to go far man, and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.

Just went through all your videos and it's great to see you've taken the criticism well. The editing and the amount of talking has improved and this car is starting to look great despite the haters. These videos have had a lot of attention and the subscriber base shows it so keep going with your work and this could become full time ;)

Epic build. Love the fender flares. Think I would trim the splitter down some and paint the silver support rods black. Some yellow/orange fog lights would look sexy too.
Tint the lights and it will loook much more aggressive, love the car
now you just need a rollover cage , a super sports steering wheel and aerodynamic outside mirrors and its perfect

In Germany we say Kasper-Karre. So glad we have the TÜV. This can't be Autobahn-proof. At 200km/h at the latest everything falls apart

I think this looks great man. A little bit too aggressive fir me personally, but this is your car and if it makes you happy, then its perfect. I think a well thought out diffuser would look super awesome, and I’m sure you’ve read it a million times by now, but a new set of wheels (maybe gold) that has a more aggressive shape would look amazing to match the aggressive stance your car has already. But thats just me being a hotboi. Also, great fucking cat lol, so chill.

I would advise putting lightly tacky painters tape on the abs before cutting and doing all the work, it would make the lines easier to see and prevent scratching. Plastic scratches really easy, especially glossy stuff like you're using here. Just a tip.
Hey man great job! Do you know if it is hard to paint the abs plastic? Obvi sanding -> primer -> paint -> clear coat

Why did you send it? More down force on front wheels? What if you doubled the abs and Dremel a edge to it? Can your spoiler hold a 200lbs weight as a minimum?

I think you should trim the splitter back a little bit and maybe move the rods more to the sides

All in All it really looks much different and aggressiv than before, but in my Opinion its to far out. Maybe just 2/3 or just half of it would have done.
Like a lot of people said. Next Step might be a Diffusor and Sideskirts, but than you could add, canards and a huge Rear Spoiler making it look like a Tracktool.
A lot of things possible in your country compared to germany.
I hate myself for saying this but you should look into bags if you’re mainly going for the looks of it at the end of the day your car and you do what you want with it I’m still gonna support but I think bags with give this car a lil bit more of that parked stance that we all admire and then once you have to drive off you just conveniently raise it up and drive without worries
