Wahlberg's personal trainer, Brian Nguyen, says the action star is far more than a Hollywood hero. In Nguyen's eyes, Wahlberg is an elite athlete. "He's changed roles so many times, and each role creates a different starting point," Nguyen says. Chris Wilson I just noticed he doesn’t stimulate his lower abs too much which makes him look flabby. He has his upper and middle abs but lower abs he has some fat on which kind of throws the illusion off sometimes.

In order to achieve Mark Walberg's level of fitness you need to:
1. Have a private gym
2. Have a personal trainer
3. Hire a private chef to make your meals.
4. Have a flexible work schedule where you can workout twice a day.
Stop making up excuses and use what you have to accomplish your goals
He had his body before the fame, before the money. Stop crying, and making excuses. Some people have strength and goals, and they go after them no matter what.
True to a point, however there are plenty of free workouts, out there. I have autoimmune arthritis, I have chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, brittle asthma, a spinal injury. Yet I have lost 2 stone(24lb) , and I train 3 times a week. If you need any help, shout me a message. I used to be a personal trainer, I got struck by severe illness, and I laid down eating chocolate for 18 months, now I am on my way back. You can do it if you try
Warhlberg’s trainer is probably a hindrance. This guy is NOT a good trainer.

Problem is when u don't see results. Worked out strength training over a year felt good. But saw no changes.

If you worked out hard and consistently for a year and had just halfway decent nutrition it’s damn near impossible not to see pretty significant results.
3 hours is plenty of time to workout a week. 20 min HIIT workouts 6 days a week.
Amen to the HIIT brother. Recently discovered HIIT as i had to give up endurance running because i had torn my meniscus. I cant see myself going back to endurance training even if i had knee surgery done. HIIT brings better results in much less time.💪💪💪
