I am not sure if its your cup of tea, but I would love to see your take on some of Daney Careys work in Tool.
Would be great to see your jazz skills take on the master of prog metal rock drumming. His key influences came from or course John, Nick, Niel and Mitch, my favourite 4 before Daney Carey. Obviously they all stem from Rich and so on!

Nick Mason was overshadowed by Gilmour/Waters imho..but Echoes is so good to play because you can make it your own and it still sounds crisp..
Really would love to see you tackle some Peart tracks with Rush like Big Money, Territories, Vapor Trail, Digital Man, The Weapon, Red Lenses, Headlong Flight, One Little Victory, Limbo, Leave That Thing Alone, Where's My Thing?, The Main Monkey Business, Test For Echo, Subdivisions, Anthem, Beneath, Between, and Behind, YYZ solo from Exit Stage Left for starters :)
