I really hope Julian didn’t suffer any ongoing trauma or PTSD. PTSD is defined by enduring or witnessing a real or perceived threat to life in which one feels completely hopeless. In instances like this, PTSD can be more common in witnesses than survivors. I wish the reporter hadn’t pressed on with this interview, he’s in such blatant distress. But I appreciate Julian being raw & vulnerable

When Julian started 'squeaking' it was good that he pulled the microphone away from him & touched his arm to comfort him. If he would have just let him go on that would have been really annoying. Good job all~
Not many people would of made the decision Julian did to try help his mate in a situation like that most people would say they would but that’s a far from the truth it takes a extremely special person to do what Julian did and there far and few between hats of to you Julian you are the true version of a hero

You're really focused on that? Let's not forget he saw his mate attacked by a shark, swam out to try and save his life (assuming he was likely going to die) the poor bloke is clearly in a massive amount of shock and understandably very shocked by the whole thing. Cut him some slack.
There's another interview right after this happened where he's wearing a hat and I couldn't believe how many times he said like as well. You can't help to notice it. Who cares though he's a hottie with a heart lol ❤️ I used to do that years ago too until I realized how many times I said "like" and "ummm" you don't realize it.
