  • It has been a long time since my shark attack and there have been many interviews and documentaries on my double shark attack and how I survived it.
Now that I have my own UA-cam channel I thought it would be good to do my own version. Here it is.

GWs have taken indigenous hunters in Greenland, who go out to hunt small whales in seal- skin kayaks, that sit really low in the water.

One shark attack is bad enough, but two at pretty much the same time is insane odds, am pleased you made it out, thats an insane experience, I saw some commentary on this that suggested the other attacking shark may have inadvertently saved you from the first, either that or it was a coordinated attack, no matter which that was an awful, insane attack, but you survived and thank you so much for telling your story.

Like u say, how I felt I can’t describe. I must of looked back 100 times, each time in disbelief it was actually happening. All I can say is, it was surreal, and the whole time I never was really that scared. Where I live there are lots of crocodiles, and lots of crayfish! So it not unusual to be in the vicinity of crocs, but thankfully, I’ve never been that close in the water since. I think in cases like mine and Shannon’s, it makes u kind of realise, when ur numbers up ur numbers up. In both cases, there is pretty much nothing either of us could do, if circumstances were different. Honestly, great whites scare the shit out of me! Stay well 👍🍻🇦🇺

    1. The shark gave him a great gift, as he wisely acknowledges at the end. 2. Although his reaction was of course understandable, there was nothing to fear from the shark after the initial (exploratory) strike was over. If the shark considered him prey, he would not have made it another 10 meters. 3. Fear of sharks is based in anthropocentric ego. If sharks viewed people as prey, humans simply would not be able to surf or swim in the ocean - ever. They are always there, they are brutally efficient hunters, and we are helpless in their element.
