Didn't realize that's a thing, didn't see it in the regs and not something common here in Ontario. Hooked 2 on some typical butt fly Atlantic patterns but couldn't land them, switched to some buggers/zonkers for the rainbows/browns/brookies that were in some of those rivers. I was surprised when the Atlantic hit that white bugger..
@@smyproductions The Striped Bass are fairly new here but there are a lot of them in the rivers. Great meaty eating fish once you know how to fillet them.

@@smyproductions they tend to like it dirty that time of year. Big marabou flies come out in the fall.

What type of fish was the fish at 3:45? The one at 3:52 looked like a brown trout.
That was a striper bass, new species for me
