these exercises are very good and very powerful, never the less, they land somewhere in the middle of Apana Vayu Sadhana. there are things to be done before and after. simply put, before - everything goes down in order to cleans the system, then the middle part of balancing and then everything needs to move up and back. important note: as with any Sadhana, it is not the question of some exercises, it is 24/7 observations and awareness that decide the outcome.

☆exhale as ujjayi (belly in) with Ashwini mudra

Exercising the upper abdominals was challenging and could not engage them without the contraction of the lower abdominals. Any tips. 🙏

It is inner side of thigh muscles not calves.
What should be the sequence shall we do Pranayama first or the asanas. ?
Do asana first as it will build the foundation for the Prana
Is there cure for irritable bowel syndrome through yoga sometimes constipation and something going frequent motions how to correct stomach
