    Pranam Prashantj. Though I have been practising yoga for 15 plus years, I have never come across a single teacher or institution explaining yogic practice and the benefits, with such details and elaborated.     these exercises are very good and very powerful, never the less, they land somewhere in the middle of Apana Vayu Sadhana.
    there are things to be done before and after. simply put, before - everything goes down in order to cleans the system, then the middle part of balancing and then everything needs to move up and back.
    important note: as with any Sadhana, it is not the question of some exercises, it is 24/7 observations and awareness that decide the outcome.

    Thank you so much, i have been practice prana practice class 2, 4 for a few days and allready feel great. I want to ask you of how should i practice the ashvini mudra exercises regular on a daily basis? Can i practice this separately or they should be combined?
