Bose soundsport true wireless earbuds charging case tear down

In this video I examine the charging case of a Bose soundsport true wireless ear buds. The reason I took it apart was to replace a stuck pogo pin.

The replacement pogo pin I used. It seems that bose has a custom made version of this with a solder cup.

Yeh this happened to mine to. Was told it's out of warranty by a couple of days! It's a shame because they're really good headphones but seems like a common problem not worth the money if they're only going to last a year.

This is exactly what happened with mine. Luckily there was still warrenty on it, so Bose offered to replace it. Looks like not the easiest fix

In my Bose earbuds case I am having same problem the pin is stuck inside..

I know this is a old video but hopefully someone can help!
The same thing happened to me but I bought a new charging case on eBay would it be possible if I can swap the top charging tray with the new one and would the paring button work with my old case

will advice stop buying these expensive things where you it get updates and once it break they don't take the responsibilities of what they pushed on the deices i hope they gained a lesson and people should go with unbranded product which last long buying a earbuds costing 300 Usd and in 1 year time it stop working and the Bose representative or technicians told it cant be repaired so what is the use of buying an expensive things , we buy expensive thigs for it to last long abut here it is inverse better but those cheap Chinese product which last more and no updates or whatsoever very disappointed i was s Bose client for years but now no way Since i have lost 1000 of Usd in all these products just cause of updates ,
