I think the new 992 GTS is possibly the perfect one Sports car that you can use all year, daily drive and blast on a mountain pass with big fun especially now you have the noise. The lightweight package is a must have! Can’t wait to film it myself, beautiful video guys 👌
I had a 991.2 GTS (my first Porsche) and really loved it. Yes, it was fast in a straight line but the twistier the road got, the more it came alive. What impressed me most was the damping: the tyres never seemed to leave the tarmac and ride-wise it was firm but incredibly compliant, never stiff or bouncy. You could also fit 2 weeks luggage for 2 people in the rear and front. All 911s are great, but I agree the GTS is a sweet spot for many.
Disagree with the light weight deletion. First of all it is really nice to have those two seats back there. I own a 991.2 4GTS convertible and i fitted 4 adult males in this car! Definitely not comfortable, but doable for a few kilometers. 3 people no problem, especially with the roof up. Secondly, the carbon bucket seats, as nice as they are, are not comfortable enough for trips over 400 maybe 500km. And for a daily driver or gran tourer that’s a no go. we are talking 25 kgs on a 1,5t+ car, not worth it.
100% feel you on the rear light bar. Every time I see one of these in the late evening I fall deeper in love. The 992 absolutely nails Porsche styling for me.
Holy moly the quality/detail of the environment in the intro is just staggering 😃👍. And the 911 GTS is superb :). A very good middle ground between a regular 911 and the GT3/Turbo. Amazing video :)

100% agree about the taillights, they have such a presence when you see them ahead of you at night. I remember the first time i saw a 992 ahead of me at night getting onto an onramp, looked stunning! It was like a spaceship zooming along ahead of me with the glow of the bright crisp white led headlights lighting up everything else around the glowing red bar as it floated in the dark silhouette of the car
It’s a chameleon. Whatever you want it to be. It can be configured with the same carbon bucket seats/rear seat delete, PCCBs, lightweight glass, carbon roof, aerokit to add a fixed wing, and RWD. It won’t have the razor handling or character of a GT3 but configured this way with Cup 2 tires, will be just as fast on a track.
I love this channel. The cinematography is visual poetry, and the way Henry can describe a driving experience is my favourite form of art. How you haven't hit 1 million subs yet seems absurd to me!
the problem is, there are a lot of great colors besides the Yellow, at least Guards Red, Black and the Shark Blue ... and then there is another problem: MT or PDK ... i like them both very much
Have owned my ‘24 992.1 GTS RWD Coupe for three months now and absolutely love it. Seven speed manual with rear steering and this car is engaging and a thrill to drive.
My God that transition from day to night with that light bar at the end...and the background music with it...truly amazing and I will rank that only second to the lambo Diablo video from real life into wall art (if anyone remember)...not surprisingly was another Carfection video. Masterpieces...
I love all your films and Henry is the best car journalist on UA-cam. Have to mention though that the production and filming are absolutetly wonderful. Even people who don't like cars could enjoy these films for the asthetics alone.

Rear end of the 992’s don’t get talked about enough. This is peak automotive design simplicity perfectly integrated with futuristic looks. Debatably the cleanest bunda in the automotive industry.

The Carrera 4 GTS with lightweighting options incl: carbon bucket seats, carbon roof, rear seat delete, lightweight glass & PCCB, along with performance options like PDCC, rear axle steering, aftermarket KW Clubsport or MCS suspension and a Kline Inconel exhaust would bridge the gap further to the GT3, and have a more GT3-like exhaust note
I owned 992 Turbo S and 992 GT3. I have ordered the Carrera 4 GTS to replace the Turbo S. I test drove it and loved it. It definitely sounds better than my Turbo S.
