    Master i have damaged my knee ligaments. I mean i have very stiff quads and hamstrings so in order to achieve full split i pushed to much and all the stress was on my knees and after that i was kicking(jump back) a heavy bag and that also damaged it. Now i can't run, squat or kick what should i do? It's not an ACL or PCL damage. The pain i feel is on the side of my knees. Please help

      Pain inside the knee is an injury that people who do taekwondo usually experience. In my opinion, the muscle balance in the leg is broken. First of all, it would be better to balance the soles of the feet. And you said that the quadriceps and hamstrings are stiff. Stiffness is that the muscles are weak but tense. Do stretching while building muscle strength. The idea that stiff muscles will be strong is a big mistake.

      @@tkdkimpro thank you master. Is there a specific way of doing these strengthening and streching? And i should take a break from my practice right?
