projectE has TNT that feels rather weak at first (nova cataclysm) however 2 things make it powerful: - you can stack this TNT, basically when it gets blown up by a different nova cataclysm, it merges together to become even stronger, so the more of these you put down, the stronger the explosion will be - any loot from exploded blocks gets teleported directly to you

I have a nuke in my modpack cause i have alex's caves installed, i have the tectonic shards and 5 tremorsaurus for an egg, i need to kill a hull breaker for the embryo and i need to find a toxic caves for a nuke.
While it has a comparatively weak explosion size it is one of the most non survivable things I’ve ever seen in modded mc and it takes almost 12 totems of undying at once just to survive the initial blast
The Bronze and Vikings mod has an explosive crate that allows you to customize the magnitude of the explosion by controlling how much gunpowder you add into the crate before ignition

There was a mod PopularMMOs reviewed once, where a TNT he detonated literally cleared all blocks but bedrock in his render distance. He had to fly for a while just to find the edge of the MASSIVE destruction zone! (I could be thinking of the wrong UA-camr, but if you do this video again, I'd love to see whatever mod he used!)
